This is a new butcher shop in highmore. They process any type of game and their meat on sale is always fresh. I bought a few sirloins and rib eyes from them and the meat was very tender, full of flavor, and lean. Prices are fair and you get to know exactly where all your meat comes from, to even the breed. The business is still in its early development stages, so there isn't too much variety right now, but every time I stop in, they have something new. Location isn't the most visible, but look for the signage outside across Vilas, and you'll see it.
