Been dealing with Bob over five yrs now...never an issue and you get your own meat that you take in. They will do it the way you want it done. I would recommend them highly...especially like the way that they vacuum seal that the package the meat comes in..

Bob has an amazing selection of the highest quality meats I've ever seen and his customer service is beyond compare. You won't find a better or more reasonably priced ribeye than Bob's... even if you're paying top dollar at some fancy restuarant. I also love Bob's beef sticks (especially smokehouse BBQ) and kabobs but everything else is top notch too!
