Vaughn provides an awesome selection of fresh cut meat, fruits and veggies. I purchased some of their preselected bundles of meat and I have NOT been disappointed. I spent $275 and I had tons of food for a family of 11 (7 are kids). I travel an hour and a half but it is DEFINITLEY worth it! The staff are super friendly and extremely helpful too! Tip: Ditch your big chain grocery store and eat healthy for less money!

Very excited to have discovered this local meat packer/butcher. Was sent here to find some odd cuts for a speciality soup. Fantastic selection at great prices and so much more than could ever expect. Really friendly and helpful employees. Excited to be back here for other gourmet meals and everyday grilling out especially as the weather warms up. Just off Wade Hampton on Country Club road past the light. Stop in and check out their prices and availability list you will not leave empty handed. FYI no deer processing at the time of this review, but they do hogs.

They did a horrible job butchering our bulls. They ruined my roasts, and my packages of stew meat are basically small pieces of bones and thick, tough fat. Nothing edible. I'm not sure why those even passed as meat. Should have been thrown out with the rest of the bones. Never again will we be taking our meat there.

Brought a wild hog down there to be butchered. It took a week or so for them to call. Not only did they break the hinges on my nice cooler but the meat had soured when I received it. Had to through it all away. Would never recommend or use them again. BEWARE!!

The people are very friendly and helpful. I found the best deals and I bought enough meats for a family of 3 to last two months. I was able to also get steak and other 'luxury' items a household does not buy every grocery trip for 75 bucks. I am very happy and pleased. As long as this place is in business they will always have my business!!

They dip their meat in a solution of MSG and salts. Their meat isn't natural and isn't graded. NEVER AGAIN!

Don't ever take your deer to this place . Dropped mine off the day after thanksgiving and now its Jan 13 and not even a call to apologize or offer a refund on the deposit I put down . They said 3 weeks , after 4 they said next week and after five the same thing , but I didn't want a rotten deer back after that anyway . after posting about my experience on some hunting fb pages people told me they had the same experiences with them . Ruined their deer and even processed rotten deer and sold it back to them . One guy told me he took a 100 lb doe in a week before Christmas and got 75 lbs of meat back a few weeks later . 75 lbs from 100 lb deer isn't even possible so there's no telling what was in that meat he got back . I don't know how they handle the other services but don't ever take your wild game there . I wouldn't eat anything this place processes , they don't even deserve a single star .

I always bought my pre cleaned chittlings from here...I told everyone I knew who ate them where to come too...now that they are selling Vaughn's up the price for 3 extra dollars...I WILL NOT BE BACK NOR RECOMMEND ANY OF MY FRIENDS OR FAM!!

Very disspointed. I took alot of time an money in feedin my hog an took it to them to pocess an i cant even eat it the sauga taste old an the pork chop is so tough you cant eat it. Sarced to even try the ribs. Tht was my first an last trip tere. Idk wht store the other people went to but somebody is full of it. I got the meat on hand to prove it an it ant worth a dam sorry butt it is wht it is
