I wouldn't call this a but her shop. Major let down! Theres some fresh cut steaks and a couple of options for fresh sausage that's it. Everything else is prepackaged. No organs or specialities, no special meats like venison etc. Just a huge let down ): wont be back

Best meat in town, fresh at a great price. And they will custom slice any cut you want. I get a sirloin roast sliced extra thin for cheese steak sandwiches. Always greated with a smile.

The owners are among the best people I've ever met. Always friendly and helpful. The meat is beyond great quality, I only buy our meat here. The butcher behind the counter asks about my family, especially my son who served in Iraq. He provided all of the steaks for the welcome home party when my son came back.

On numerous occasions I have been here and noticed the bacon being sold had an expiration date of at least one month prior. They are selling old and outdated bacon. I brought this to their attention and they did nothing about it. There are additional issues as well

Stopped at this place for the first time yesterday due to two local grocery stores did not have a good selection of steaks. Their steaks looked great. I grilled them that night and boy they were tender and very good. Will be getting all my meat from now on with this butcher. They were very friendly and helpful also.

Fantastic family that truly wants to satisfy every customer that comes in. They have the highest quality meats available! We always go there to buy our meats when we are having a large family eating! I really like the fact that they will cut the steaks and chops whatever thickness I want. They are there to please !!

This place is perfect. They have beautiful cuts of meat, sausage, pork, etc. They also carry different grades of meat. For my most recent purchase I decided to splurge and swing for their top grade ribeye steaks, priced at $11 and change per pound. SO WORTH IT! (Keep in mind their ribeyes start at $7 and change per pound for the regular grade stuff, which is beautiful and delicious). Anyway, the steak had amazing marbling and was tender and juicy like nothing I’ve been able to find in a grocery store! The service was excellent, I was treated with courtesy and my questions regarding the various cuts and grades of the meats were answered to my satisfaction. I reside in Fayetteville, and for me the 40 minute drive once a week is worth it! Great butchers, great cuts, and great service. Can’t ask for much more.

Just saying over priced and not only.meat cutting place in Stamford still! SAVE A LOT prices are way cheaper and the cutters there will cut how you would like! If you want a $11 cut of meat keep.coming to thomas' however that same cut is only 5.99 at save alot and the cutters are so.much more friendly and will cut 1 1/2 thick without thinking twice when I ask!!

I hate leaving bad reviews, but we have came here 3 times and had poor service each time. Before I say what is bothering me, I feel like I should give you a quick idea of what kind of customer I am. My husband and I are the friendliest customers you could ask for. We always ask people how they are doing, are super accommodation and understanding, and smile when we are greeted. We like to make people feel comfortable, so the last thing I want to do is complain. We are never difficult, even when we should be. Anyway, the grey-haired guy behind the meat counter, I'm assuming is the butcher, is always EXTREMELY cold and rude. He almost acts mad about having customers take away his meat. The selection is good and we have tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, but he barely acknowledges our presence even when we say hello and ask him how he is. He never offers assistance or even a partial smile. Unfortunately, we will not be returning here and will warn others if they don't like feeling like an inconvenience.

We got the most wonderful beef tenderloin! It was so tender and easy to slice when raw. After cooking, we could cut it with a fork! Just delicious.
