They do not close at 7pm. Quite disappointed to drive 20 minutes to find them closed. Please update hours.

Hidden gem, better quality stuff than the grocery stores and most other butchers I've been to. Prices are good and they always have specials.

low quality, but ok bulk buying

Just enjoyed a phenomenal dry aged strip steak at a very reasonable price. Steaks are aged on site and the aging room is viewable from the store. Will continue to visit this craft butcher.
