Jeremy supplied our group of twelve hungry cyclists with bacon-wrapped rib eyes and a selection of his freshly-made sausages. Talk about a feast! Thank you to Jeremy for the superb meats and to his fellow artist (who shares space with Jeremy), Chris, for her amazing, fresh-made pastas and sauces. If you need great meat, amazing pasta and sauces, you need to stop at Revival Butchery!

Visited this butcher shop today with my wife and son. The guys running this place are super friendly. I picked up an excellent Delmonico ribeye cut this morning and a NY Strip. Had a great conversation with the guys. They even had a jar of suckers for the young ones. I'm definitely going back!

They cut us 8 huge prime rib steaks that were absolutely delicious! And sweetened the deal with a couple of yummy Oktoberfest brats! I recommended them to an executive chef friend.

Normally I'm not a big fan of sausage of any kind, but I just tried their Athena Chicken sausage and OH MAN IT WAS INCREDIBLE!! This is definitely the best place to buy sausage BY FAR. Everything is daily handmade with a large selection of different meats. I can't WAIT to try more!!

Man... This place is good! Tried their brisket burgers and bacon wrapped filets cooked on a PK grill. Highly recommend either meats. Looking forward to trying some of their other varieties I saw the other day.
