Such a beautiful new store with wonderful employees. This is a smaller store or at least it feels that way. Love the Boars Head Deli Meat, Rotisserie Chicken, Wings, Fresh Produce and they have a real butcher in store. A great addition to our community.

For a brand new publix it sucks. Its not your average publix that are above average. Its still better than walmart and easier to get out of than the food lion. Honestly, id do all my shopping at the adjacent food lion if they employed more than two cashiers and had self checkout

Publix has always had great customer service, but Lance, a manager at the newly opened Red Bank location went above and beyond anything that I've experienced. The exuberance and professionalism he demonstrated was genuine and hard to find these days, even in franchises with great customer service. I will gladly pay higher price for Publix to experience this type of service!

You cannot get a Wi-Fi signal, if you use publix free WiFi it's incredibly slow. Also you cannot get good reception for a phone call conversation, it cut out too frequently. Friendly, helpful staff. Lots of free samples

I have to brag on our local Publix store at Lake Crossing in Red Bank, SC. The deli is always helpful with smiling staff, eager to serve. We buy all of our pastries and cakes at Publix. The produce section is always clean and fresh - displays are colorful and appealing. I appreciate that the staff is always eager to greet you and welcome you. I've never had a shopping experience better than Publix! Prices may be higher than other local grocers, but I'm paying for fresh foods of the highest quality, excellence in customer service and above average expectations.

We actually are closer to the Gervais St Publix being in the Tri-City area of West Columbia but we felt like an adventure so to speak so we decided to get on Platt Springs which I can see from my house and follow it to this Publix. We were not disappointed! It was so clean, the produce looked great, and they had all the stuff we love to buy! I do believe we’ll be trekking the extra few miles to this location again. Much easier shopping there and more to choose from than the downtown location. FYI: one of the things I do like about Publix is the amount of store brand items that are certified organic. Also, try the coconut bars. They’re a delicious snack!

I was excited when this Publix opened. My problem with this store is the deli. I went last night to purchase a sub and was told they had to do the online orders first and would be with me soon. After waiting several minutes with them just walking by without another word, I just gave up! Walked over to salad bar and it was extremely bare. This isn’t the first time I’ve found it like that. There is barely enough to make the smallest salad. If this continues I will have to go back to shopping at the Lexington store!!

Nice, very, very nice. The outside was immaculate, the inside was immaculate. EVERY single employee greeted, acknowledged and asked if they could help us. EVERY single employee was relaxed, appeared to like their job and took pride in their position. This was a first for us. Each department was fully stocked and all prices were clearly marked, no guessing. The displays had a lot of "eye" appeal, to much maybe, lol, as we spent way more then planned. Deli, Bakery, Seafood, Meat, Dairy, Produce...the list is long, all departments exuded quality and pride. Hats off to an obviously outstanding management team to inspire all employees to perform 100%. We will be back and will highly recommend this store to all.

So disappointed in the New Publix on Platt Springs Rd. My Mom was here visiting from Georgia so I wanted to take her to our new Publix. I have shopped at the other one in Lexington many times with no issues. I have shopped at the Publix in Georgia with my Mom. In TN and in Florida with my daughters. All of these stores employees were quick to offer to help take our groceries to our car. So I was so happy to have a new Publix open near me. We went on March 25, I had not been since they opened. We found Organic chips on the shelf that were 3 weeks past the expiration date. Molded cheese in the cooler and eggs that had expired. The peaches I purchased were mushy inside when my husband took a bite. Had to throw them all out. And the cheese I bought molded after only a few days, threw it out too. They may not be keeping the coolers cold enough. Some On sale items were ringing up at regular price so we had to get the cashier to correct the price. I though after being opened for 4 months they would have things going more smoothly than this. My Mom did speak to an employee up front about the Issues with moldy and expired food in the dairy cases, she apolized and said they would check on it. We had to ask for assistance taking out our groceries in the rain, we pulled the car up to the front so the guy helping wouldn’t have to walk too far. He was very kind.

After 3 cakes from bakery and dealing with managers, I will no longer waste my time shopping here. I have shopped here once a week usually on the way home from work. Last evening I felt pushed out the door as a Supervisor told the Cashier to go to another lane and my transaction ended abruptly! No one said Thank You or ask if I needed assistance! I am not paying discount prices here so unless I have 1 or 2 items I will not use the Self Check Out! What Happened to the Publix Friendly Way!

Love that red bank finally has a Publix, I’ve been 4 times to see how it compared to the Lexington publix. It is clean and all staff are friendly. The store is well stocked. I always get a sub or some food from the bakery, and in my opinion the sub/hot foods location as well as the deli can use some additional attention. It takes a lot longer than the other stores. I understand this is a new store so it will most likely get better, I just want to post so hopefully management can correct.
