The place is small but you can find good products over there. They sell meat and fish but also Caribbean products.

It's fresh it's local you can get things cut and butcher to order it's not a fancy place though it attracts all kinds of people in the neighborhood and it's a butcher shop so that frightened some people

I've loved Joe's ever since I discovered them years ago. By this point I must have recommended them to hundreds of people! Their meat is super fresh, and the quality is great. What's more, it's much cheaper than the supermarket, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. You can often find (cash-only) produce vendors on the sidewalk, and their quality and prices are also pretty great.
