Excellant system today. With the policemen directing traffic on the out side and employees directing traffic on the inside everything went quickly. We went late in the afternoon and they still had quiet a few choices for Easter dinner and desserts.

Great selection of food's ! For "take-out" there is fresh made pizza's of nine different types, six type's of grinder's, hot food bar (rice, meatball's, six type's of wing's, meatloaf, soup's, vegetable's) that was amazing, a large assortment of seafood and a meat and poultry section for all your need's. Over six different types of soy milk, over 30 different type's of fruit or vegetable drink's and the fresh fruit/vegetable's alone fill's an area about 12 x 14. If you are "out for a ride" on the backroad's, this would be the perfect place to stop for lunch because there is seating inside and outside for dining on your "take out" ! I think it was worth the stop and they have free coffee while your shopping ! Best part, all eight register's were open so no waiting to cash out !

This is mine n my husbands favorite place in RI to eat prepared food at. They serve Chinese inspired food here too, such as (the best) vegetable rice n General Tso's chicken.. this place beats any Chinese place out there! If you're craving Chinese , go here.. they also have wheat sesame noodles which are delicious . I just wish they had them out everyday. They bake fresh pizzas daily as well. The pizza they have here is better than any Domino's or pizza place. Fire roasted vegetable is my favorite! Everything from bread, sushi, hot and cold foods, it's all freshly made on the daily . They also serve FREE coffee and tea to everyone as well. Thank you Daves . I honestly wish they had this market chain on the west coast.

I go out of my way to come here. The store is ordered nicely, and is appealing and calming—not too bright or loud. There is coffee and tea for patrons, and a great selection of products (not too many) including local brands. The seafood selection is excellent and the prices are too. It’s always extremely fresh. The People that work at Daves Marketplace Greenville, are extremely helpful to me. Ordering whatever I want. Who doesn't love walking in there. The smells draw you in and give you a feeling of comfort while shopping. It is very clean, well organized. I love the choices this market has to offer as far as the selection of cheese. The pizza made there is delicious. I love the olive bar there with the different choice of li5le stuffed peppers and marinated mushrooms. The produce is always very fresh. There is a wide selection of prepared foods. Checkout workers are always peasant, I just love how all the different food smells just drag you in.

It's an overall great market with good meat and fish. They cary a good amount of local and regional products. And their prepared foods are very tasty. The one downside is that they spray an enormous amount of water on their leafy fresh produce. It drastically reduces the time it will keep.

One of my most favorite markets to visit, in pretty much every location they've got! Granted, not every store is going to stock everything an individual needs ('specially the smaller stores) but, sacrifices must be made for the sake of convenience...? Anyway, Dave's has a truly amazing supply of prepared foods, both ones you can eat immediately, and ones that require heating up. They also offer a catering menu for holidays (and every other day I suppose....) that's fairly impressive and tasty. Good selection of meats (including their own interpretation on burgers and marinades), veggies, cheeses (ohMyGOD the selection of cheeses!), and seafood. Dave's also serves hot pizza to-go in certain locations. A family-style pizza costs around $16-$18, and they're usually pretty good. Most of the ready-to-eat salads and dishes can be found in both the deli, and in the prepared-foods section in most of the larger stores. Personally, I like their Balsamic Chicken Salad, which also contains fresh bell peppers, red onion, baby spinach, craisins, walnuts, and balsamic dressing.

I started shopping at Dave's during the Stop & Shop strike, and was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere, the friendly service at checkout, the selection of products, and even the prices, so I've been doing most of my weekly shopping trips here ever since. If I could only shop at one grocery store for the rest of my life, I'd pick Dave's! The only issue I've ever had is how busy the Crossing's entry drive is on weekday early evenings and weekend afternoons. But even when the parking lots are busy, Dave's is still a pleasant place to get your groceries!

They had wild caught Alaskan King salmon and Bob's Redmill Farro (I couldn't find this ANYWHERE else!!). Stop & Shop should hang their heads in shame when they put out their skimpy expensive heads of romaine - Dave's romaine was big and beautiful! Constructive critism: Dave's should return to their roots and offer more LOCAL (Pt. Judith, Stonington, etc.) fish like they used to.

Went to buy a bucket of chicken wings which were supposed to weigh 3lb,s or more, they filled the bucket with all they had and weigh in at 2.65 lb,s with the bucket. I was disappointed that she didn't lower the price or add a theigh or something to make up the difference. Very disappointed.
