Best ground beef I've ever had in my life. The quality is better than ground bison I used to buy in the past at $10/lb. I've told dozens of friends about this place, and refuse to buy meat anywhere else, it's just far better and cheaper.

Stopped here tonight and got steaks for the whole family for my father-in-law's birthday. It was my first time there. They were very friendly and helpful. I took the steaks home, prepare them, and grilled them outside. The steaks were tender and delicious. We will be back.

I used to give weavers a five star rating but after today’s events I have to change it. I do think the meat and produce is good quality and decent price but the owner has showed his true colors. Which is if you’re just a normal customer and you don’t spend thousands you aren’t worth his time and are replaceable. I have been buying trimmings and bones for a couple months from them and while it was always inconsistent I never once complained I just did what they told me to do which was call back in to check. Today I learned that was a burden which should’ve just been told to me from the start. The owner told me he would no longer be accepting my business because he bought an abundance of one item and I didn’t come in and buy the whole thing. Now mind you he never once told me how much he was going to buy or what he was doing so I was under the impression that he just had this in stock. He Admitted there was a lack of communication yet blamed me in the end. If I would’ve known he was buying a bunch of that product I would’ve told him not to because I don’t have the freezers space, but again that was never told to me. The owner should definitely learn more communication skills. This could’ve been easily fixed if he was just straightforward from the get-go, he would still have a customer and I wouldn’t be writing this review. Just know that if you’re not someone who spends thousands you’re very replaceable to this company.

Moved away from Hanover 12 years ago. When we come home always go to weavers for some of our meat. Best smoked sausage prime ribs (aged for 30 days)and fresh sausage ever. Be home in august for alot more, bringing a bigger cooler.
