If I could give a half star I would. I went in the morning of 12/29 wanting 2 ham hocks and 2 pork chops. I asked the man behind the counter if he had ham hocks? He said yes and I ordered 2. After he packaged the ham hocks I asked if he had pork chops? He said yes, how many? I said 2. He immediately said he was out of pork chops. I questioned him and he said he made a mistake. I took the ham hocks and left. I called the store 20 minutes later and asked if they had pork chops . The man on thr phone, the same man who waited on me, said yes and asked how many I needed. I told him I'll let you know when I get there. I should have left the ham hocks at the store. I will never go there again.

Went to purchase meat for an upcoming event (I have been a customer for over 5 years). The person behind the counter started a tirade about how immigrants were poor, coming to the US for welfare, he didn’t care about “those people” and kept going on and on...his insensitive and unkind remarks made me very uncomfortable... I left without purchasing anything, and I will not return to that store, nor will I recommend it.

I bought some meat from here last month. The customer service and the pricing were excellent. But the meat quality was not. Although I placed my meat in the freezer as soon as I got it home, when thawed out to cook, most of the meat was sour to the taste. As if it were old. I spent $195 on meats here, but I wish I would've went somewhere else for a better quality in my meats. Even though I loved the service and the prices, I am very disappointed in the meat.

I just called Sam's today Saturday on Wadsworth to ask a question abt store items & got a recorded msg. So i immediately hung up. In less than 5 mins later they called me back with my Answer & A WELCOMING PLEASANT VOICE... WOW!! That's A First for any business to call back even Dr. Offices.
