I called to order a striploin for dry aging. I was told they have T-bones and Ribeyes. I stated I didn't want individual steaks. The woman I spoke with said "Nope. Nope." and hung up. I've never heard of a butcher shop that won't sell subprimals and other cuts. I'll take my business elsewhere.
