When there's an event, traffic are so bad. Using the parking lot to make extra money on Event day is not a good idea. It interfere our shopping, causing more problems and traffic. Alot of empoyees hanging outside not willing to help out.

For traffic for over an hour to get into this place because of an Eagles game then was told was not allowed to use the parking lot They wanted me to spend another hour going around the building to get to the other side

This place used to be in and out, now it’s just pathetic. I spend more time in line than I do going around and getting products. They changed up their check out procedure and everything went to hell. Revert back to the old ways, this is not more efficient at all. Might save you more money but it ruins the customer experience to the max.

I like this jetro a lot. I shop here very often. But the only downside is their carts. Most of them have broken wheels and are just so bad to navagate.

OMG! THIS PLACE IS SO UNORGANIZED!!! If you planning to come here early don't bother, they are strict about appointments, but when your time comes, you still have to wait 3hrs after your appointment! WASTE OF TIME!!! There's one good thing about this place. Huge parking lot and no gate.

Beware of the jelly cases. Every box we've purchased has either been crushed or poorly made. The wrapper lids on this just ripped right off. Jelly was spread all over. This happens very often. Nobody is quality controlling this. It's a mess.

I don’t know what it is about managers that makes them so mean. I mean I have been coming here since I was literally 15 years old for my family business. I am now almost 30 years old. I love this place their variety of foods are amazing and very well priced. If you have a membership. I just don’t understand that after all these years of me coming here and probably spending hundreds and hundreds of thousands of dollars here over the years how do I still get looked down upon? Workers here are amazing but the higher ups like managers literally are super mean.

I have been shopping at jetro C and restaurant depot for years there is always top quality merchandise fresh And plentiful. Staff is always helpful and considerate anything you need or can't find someone is there to help you. I am glad that is not open to the public. It allows you to be more professional in what you offered to your clientele. I am there in least 8 times a month.

Horrible. For more than a week they were out of the brand of chicken fritters that we use and that our customers love. Instead we had to purchase a different brand which were simply disgusting. We are now looking into having our food delivered by a major supplier because losing customers because they can't keep inventory is unacceptable.

Immense warehouse with some smaller supermarket-store-like displays here and there. Fork lift vehicles zipping around everywhere. Huge walk-in refrigerated and freezer section. Infinite product supply. Unbeatable bulk prices.

Tractor Trailer Experience and Directions: Very fast unloading by lumpers, easy place to back in trailer, and lots of parking to park over night. I76 exit 350 for Packer Ave. Turn left on Packer Ave. Turn Right on S 7th St go to stop light, go straight across into the long fenced drive way that takes you straight to a warehouse and its the last set of docks on the right. From I95NB exit 17 (PA-611N), go straight then turn right on Pattison, Do Not Turn on Darien if you're a T/T for Jetro, go to the next entrance which will be across from S 7th St light. Turn right and follow fence - last set of docks on the right.

Excellent warehouse...they carry anything you could think of...the selection of goods is excellent whole the space is clean and spacious with enough space to move the u-carts about. Parking is a breeze and loading your goods is not hampered.The Parking lot is also used for trailgates during game days...but there is still enough space to complete your actions. Bring your business license and EIN to join this group your will not be disappointed.

Delivery took 2 hrs. Not to good when your doing dry local delivery. Delivery entrance not marked. I think I came up 7th Street. Just keep going straight thru light into what looks like a parking lot. There's a sing pointing to the right at the entrance to this lot . Go straight into that lot. Good luck.

$10 parking for events at the Wells Fargo Center, what's not to love? Yeah, it's about two blocks further than the $20+ lots, but I can use the exercise to work off some of that greasy food I eat before every game!

Another place that doesn't seem to care. Took them 3+ hours for a straight unload of bottled water. Had to walk through the store to get to the bathrooms and there were some funny smells, some product looked damaged, and the place just had an overall look of being run down and not particularly cared about. Plenty of space to back in though. Packed into doors like sardines in a can. Easy to get into. Exit 350 off 76W. Right at bottom of ramp and straight back to the customer.

FOR PHILLIES PARKING: This was a disaster of an experience. Went to walk over to see a friend at his tailgate before the Phillies game and they will not let you in the parking lot unless you came in a car. You can’t walk in. On top of this the guy in charge was literally yelling at us when we asked any questions. One of the rudest people I’ve encountered. Never parking here, don’t give them your business.
