Amazing shop staffed/owned by a unique group of folks that actually care about what they're doing. I stopped in Friday, May 31st, looking for some Wagyu. Unfortunately they didn't have any at the time, but I got a beautiful 2" thick, bone in ribeye for myself and a perfect sized delmonico for my wife. Also purchased some hot sausage and some curry sausage/kielbasa. All I can say is, 'wow'. The steaks came out perfect and we had the sausages the next day with some pasta, unbelievably good. They had an amazing selection of charcuterie meats and cheeses, pork, beef and chicken. My only complaint and it's not really one, was the drive to get there. Lucky for me, it was a beautiful sunny, southwestern Pennsylvanian day and was enjoyable. They take cash and card. Stop making excuses; go out there and give these folks your business!

This place is a meaty wonderland!! Four of us did the Butcher's Table (and we probably should have had 6 people!). It was spectacular! The meats, the cheeses, the counterpoint fruits, sweets and raw honeys were incredible. The greens you see in the picture were all edible and foraged that morning! Throughout the experience, Wes (co-owner) would stop by and provide interesting background on what we were enjoying or other various culinary factoids. Hours later, before we left, we picked out a number of amazing things from behind the counter. All have been delicious so far.
