Best place ever to get your butchered meat. In my opinion they make the best beef jerky. Smoked bacon and Canadian bacon are outstanding. They make a horseradish cheese that has the perfect bite. Their sausage links are delish as well. In my opinion, get there and try it out!

This place has some of the areas best smoked products. I double smoke therir products. Z couple of my personal favorites are the Hot Sausage with Hot Pepper with Cheese and if you like Kolbassa with a bite, the Jalapeno Cheese Kolbassi is awesome

They raise their own beef, meats are fresh, this is my 4th time to this place. We bought ribeye, smoked pork belly, chicken breast, pepper stick, home made breakfast sausage they were all awesome!!! Specially their homemade pierogis is so yummy!

Gary Bardine started small and is now a large country butcher shop. His recipes have won many awards around the country. Meat is fresh cut. Many specialty products. This is the best ham, bacon, and sausage that I've ever had. It is worth the drive for his products. I feel his ground products like sausage or ground meat are much leaner than most others. His smoked products are all award-winners.

Hands down probably the best country butcher shop in the pittsburgh surrounding area. Fresh meat and nice selection of specialty in house jerky, sausage, bacons etc. Probably some of the best bacon I've had. Had trouble ordering a pig for a roast thou.

They went above and beyond!!!! We order a smoked turkey breast for Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, it fell through the cracks and it was not there when we went to pick it up. BUT Sharon jumped in and apologized profusely, THEN gave us a whole turkey to make up for the error. It gets better. A smoked turkey did not get picked up. Sharon called and we got our smoked turkey breast. Not only do they have great product, they have great customer service!

First of all, damn (excuse my language). This place has not a single thing to disappoint. Stop going to Walmart, Giant Eagle, Shop n Save, etc for your meat like now! They're more expensive, but it's worth it. Significantly higher quality, no BS preservatives, just legitimate meat that is five star restaurant quality if prepared correctly. Seriously, go there.
