Wonderful butcher shop. Meet is excellent, owners are awesome and the staff is just so pleasant and knowledgeable. Their brisket burgers are amazing, as well as their chuck roast and bolognas. They also have a nice cheese selection that is locally made. This is a small butcher shop, but an excellent one. P.S. The pork chops and bacon are AWESOME!!!

Went there last night for first time. Passed it for years but didn't look open. They told me they opened back up aprox 2 years ago. I got some minced meat for pie. IT IS BANGING. Best minced meat I've had in years!!! We got some roast beef. It too was Really good. This is a place you have to try plus you are helping small buisness.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. First time I visited they went out of their way to explain their selection and processing. A little bit of everything from custom cuts to delicious jerkey and it's all fresh and fantastic quality. No more grocery store meats for me.

The meat is of fantastic quality, and all of the smoked products, burgers, and more are absolutely delicious. I go for the bacon. You can't compare this meat to the vacuum packed shards of fat you get in the grocery store. While I'm standing there looking in the case and waiting for my turn, I eye up the sausage. Everything is made right there.

You will LOVE this butcher...they greet you and treat you like you are their only customer....even when they are so busy that customers are lined up to the door. If you like beef jerky or beef sticks-this will become your go to place to get them. The bacon is amazing and the burgers are delish! All the meats are top quality...you simply can not get this quality at the grocery store. Give them a try, and if you want something to taste...they gladly give you samples so you know what flavors you like. Try them, and you will become a regular!
