Poor quality cuts of meat (example: small roast,1/2 of it bone, slices of ham instead of bacon, a lot of incorrectly cut pork chops) And 1/2 of the time when you put in a order its wrong! I will not be going back there again!!

Would not recommend to anyone. We have used them for over 2 years with our Locker Meat Business. Besides the fact that you can never get a hold of them via phone or email, they continually mess up orders, cut differently then instructed, and take way longer then they say. They are always quick with the excuses. We have moved all of our business over to Century Oak Farms. And so have many other people. I gave them multiple chances and the benefit of the doubt time after time, and finally said that was enough.

Custom cut & wrap on a pig we bought from a friend. All of the fresh cuts (pork chops, shoulder roast, etc) are fine, but the sausage, bacon, and ham are truly terrible. Underseasoned and undersmoked, all taste like fresh pork. They cut the bacon very thin when I asked for very thick and it is not nearly salty enough. The sausages are completely underseasoned with no flavor. The ham was basically a pork roast. I would never use them for processed pork again. We buy one pig per year and this year's pig was ruined.

Quality meat and an authentic experience. I started buying my meat from these guys a couple years ago and I don't plan on going anywhere else, they are the best around as far as I'm concerned. They are always friendly and happy to help and answer any questions I have, plus the quality of the meat is far superior than anything I've ever had from a grocery store. I remember the first time I went there I was a bit overwhelmed. First, I saw one of the butchers loading these huge beef quarter pieces into the back of a truck, then I caught a glimpse of a whole beef carcass and some whole pig carcasses hanging in the room. This was my first time at a real butcher shop, and I'd have to say it was pretty awesome. If you've never been here, I would recommend going. Its an awesome experience, plus the meat is the best.
