Fast turnaround on the smoked and cut Elk! The Teriyaki Pepperoni is killer and the jerky is amazing. The summer sausage is great too, with just enough jalapeno to taste it but not overwhelming. The jalapeno hotdogs are great but a little hot for the kids. Excellent service. There wasn't any rotten odor at the shop, which is an indicator that they are really keeping the place clean. Well worth it.

After using the bigger companies in Portland for many many years we are so happy to be using Mt. Valley! In the last couple years we had had Steers, pigs and lamb done here. We have been very pleased with everything from the quality of the cut and wrap, the amazing pepperoni, summer sausage and the best Charizo. The owners are two of the nicest people to deal with. Can't say enough about their willingness to help you and educate you on what they do. Thank you for turning that place around!

We ordered a Smoked Turkey for our Thanksgiving dinner and loved it. It was moist, great size and price. Just needed heated and it was ready to eat. We order our hamburger and have our wild game processed here. Always fast and friendly service!! Thank you!
