I placed an 80lb pepperoni order with them and it was done in under 2 weeks. My local guy has taken up to 8 weeks or longer. A small 10lb portion was messed up and I let them know about it. They asked me to bring it back but I live 50 miles away and couldn't swing it so the next day, they drove all the way here with a box of replacements and extra goodies. GREAT SERVICE! (Something few businesses know about anymore) Thanks a million and you have a customer for life!

Well took my game meat in and 8 weeks and two phone calls later they said it was done. When I took it in I asked for a estimate on the cost.... When I went to pick it up the cost was about 175% above there estimate. I had to pay it and move on because what can you do they have your meat. Sorry but if you want to pay way to much I would say that this is the place for you...

Stopped in here walking to a different restaurant. SO glad I did. You can watch them butcher up meats and get a deli-quality sandwich for very reasonable. Wherever I travel for work I always try to find a neat local gem to eat/visit. Found both in Canby OR at Ebners.

I constantly in search of a good sandwich! I usually get bread too hard, or not enough meat, or I feel like a rabbit as there are so many veggies on it. The sandwich I had here was awesome! I had to take half of it home because I couldn't finish it. There bread was soft, sandwich was flavorful... I had no idea there was even a deli back there. After we left the deli, we stopped and purchased some pepperoni sticks and sausages. The Pep was by far the best I've ever had! Can't wait to cook up the sausages this weekend. Mike (the owner) and his family are truly genuine people. I would highly recommend this place... and if you're disappointed, don't just leave a 1 star review, go talk to Mike, he will listen. Thanks, guys!

The employees were super rude, and the hours open are false! I came in at not even 5:00pm yet, and they said the deli closed at 4, and they are listed as open until 6. Learn how to run a business!!

I went to the car show yesterday and stopped to get a couple German brats to take home as my wife's favorite part of the show. The guy took the last couple out of the pan, dipped them in liquid, put on the grill for a few seconds, and served. A couple minutes later as I was paying out came a new batch all juicy looking and plump. Mine were shriveled and tough. These were way past their prime and should not have been served. Bad experience to end a great event.

Great selection of freshly butchered meats, jerky and cold beer too. Service was prompt, friendly and efficient. Stayed for deli sandwiches which were loaded with large portions of meat and made to order. Great value for your dollar. If get a full size sandwich plan on having a lunch for the next day.

I Use to go here all the time in High School with friends for lunch. Ordered two sandwiches today with my girlfriend to go. She specifically asked the employee to toast her sandwich (which was never done) Not a big deal. Once we toasted her sandwich at home we sat down to eat. Upon the second bite of my club sandwich I was given quiet the surprise. My sandwich had not one, but multiple long brown hairs in it. Would definitely recommend the staff to wear hair nets from now on to avoid another situation like this. It hurts me to say, but I will not be returning or recommending this establishment to anyone.
