This place is awesome! The staff is awesome! The quality of all their meats & cheeses, just like when I was growing up & we raised all of our own. The staff are extremely accommodating. Much better quality than Sherm's & you get more bang for the buck. They DO accept EBT.

I am so terribly disappointed with this butcher shop we had a steer butchered here and they let it hang for way to long the meat taste like rancid fat we paid $1500 for the steer and $800 to have it butchered and the whole thing besides the few steaks and hamburger we tried is sitting in our freezer and we will never ever eat any of it again the meat that they put out in there store is great but the meat we got back was horrible I would love to have the owner try one of these steaks and tell me how he likes it if someone from crystal creek could get a hold of me I’d gladly have them try it and see for themselves how disgusting it is
