Came here without any plans on getting anything. I was across the street for an event and decided to drop in just to look. Some of the best meat I have seen anywhere. By far the best steaks I have had in the 4 years I have lived in Cincinnati. All of their beef is Prime and dry aged and it melts in your mouth.

As a Chef... this was a gift! The quality of the Wagyu Flat iron steaks, and Leg of Lamb were absolutely the best. For me it was a pleasure, working with such great quality product..I will order both again!

I don't do many reviews compared to the frequency of businesses I visit. But, this is a must. Went here today for ground sirloin. Got 2.5lbs. After taxes, total was $33.02. Which rounds it off to $12.34 a lb, ridiculous. I thought, "well the quality will be great". Considering it was about $5 per lb over what grocers charge. WRONG. Got home to make dinner, aside from the outter layer, almost the entire package was brown! I expected to pay Wyoming prices, but not get Kroger "manager special" quality. Way overpriced, under quality and inside of the cases need cleaning. Top it off, not very friendly behind the counter. Ill keep my business with another local butcher that has fair prices and FRESH meat. Never again.

Every time we bring something home from Wyoming Meat market we can be assured that the prime beef is as good if not better than any steakhouse. Jim and his team are not only friendly, they are incredibly knowledgeable. Lunch is also a great option with a great selection of make to order sandwiches and sides.

Where do I begin? First staff is, always friendly and helpful. Second their prices are very competitive. Salmon at Findley Market about $23 lb they are about $17 lb when we went in. Their prices vary I'm sure however my point is they are worth the look. Finally their meats and fish are quality and fresh. You won't be disappointed either way so go down and check them out. They serve lunch too and it's really good.

If you're looking for a butcher that knows their stuff, then stop in to Wyoming Meat Market. Dealing in high quality beef is what they do and they do it well. Previously only selling prime grade, now selling wagyu at a reasonable cost. One of Wyomings many family owned businesses that sells locally sourced goods, from the beef thats from Ohio, the bread is from the local bakery thats next door.
