We absolutely love The Butcher Shoppe, LLC. We had 3 hogs processed here and the experience was fantastic. They were very professional in not only the handling of the hogs, especially with a stubborn one not wanting to leave the trailer, but also in advising different types of cuts and options. The turn around time was as expected and the pork was out of this world. Plus, when I picked up the meat, I was able to grab some steaks and wine to celebrate my birthday. Won't go anywhere else!!
