Awesome! I love small, local businesses and this place is one of the reasons why. They offer amazing locally sourced, quality cuts that you can definitely tell the difference in taste. Their sandwiches cant be beat either, travel all around Hilliard and stop at a couple chain joints and pay out of the butt for massed produced "meat" products, and low quality toppings, OR stop here and get locally sourced quality products on your sandwich. My most recent visit, I was shopping for beef to put into my grinder for hamburgers, the woman who helped me was patient, and incredibly informative on picking a selection, and I went with (What I think was an awesome idea) 2/3 lean sirloin, and 1/3 fatty bacon, and made the absolute BEST burgers I have ever had. I like visiting Mosley's also if I plan on making a fancy romantic dinner for my wife and want the best products in my area. Y'all are awesome!

So glad we found Mosley's Meat Market! It is great to have a place that sells natural meat just off the farm. I love the Chicken pack and we just ate their ground turkey which was great!! You do need to eat or freeze the meat quickly, but it tastes great even after defrosting it. You will smell an odor when you walk in and as with any store, some prepared items aren't to your liking, but we still keep going back to have quality meat on the table. Check it out!

Went for the first time yesterday. The guy serving us was horrible. Bought a brisket and tri tip. The guy was giving us the worst looking cuts of the meat. I did not realize at first but when I insisted on a particular piece of tri tip, even though he kept trying to change it out, his whole attitude changed to slightly aggressive. I was so thrown off with the experience that it wasn't until I got in the car that I realized what happened. Will NEVER return there. You shouldn't have to go to a store ready to fight against someone cheating you. That is not customer service and I won't shop at places like that. He got me this time which makes me upset but now I know, won't go there again!

Love the quality of meats here. If you are complaining about it, it's because they don't have commercially processed meats. All of this is fresh and comes from local farmers etc. Service is friendly and kind and they support local businesses.

Mosley's has great meats! It's nice to have a family owned butcher shop in town. The meats are very good quality, free range and no antibiotics. Plus, the price is right. We go here for all of our chicken, beef, and pork.

Mosley's is the best. Wonderful customer service, fantastic meat. We are so lucky to have an incredible butcher in our neighborhood. The sausages and gourmet burgers are out of this world. We tried a selection of different meats from stew beef to steaks, and chicken. We have yet to have anything less than excellent. Their prices are extremely reasonable. Considering that the meat is local, grass fed, no antibiotics, and free range you cannot beat the price. This is the only place I will by beef and chicken. I suggest you try it.

Went to pick up brisket today. The staff was friendly but the odor was horrendous. I thought, well duh, it’s a bunch of meat. Got home and opened my package to a horrifying odor and rotting flesh. My husband is on his way to the grocery to get something else. The price tag was $30+. Calling to get my money back tomorrow. Will see what happens.

.This is a real butcher shop...The kind where my Mother would of gone shopping for meat for the family. Nice selections of all different kinds{ chicken, pork, beef}....I love their brats....{Made in house.} What it comes down to is I just really like getting good quality meats. Mosley's are nice people and they give me a wide selection of meats.

I have been buying my meat here for over a year. I will not buy my meat anywhere else...ever. I was caught off guard with the smell when I first went in but IT IS A BUTCHER SHOP. The quality of meat overtake anything I have got from a grocery store. I only wish the shop was closer to my house but I am willing to drive the 45 minutes to get good quality meat. Thank you.

Over the years I’ve gotten more and more particular about my protein. I love Mosley. The cuts of meat are fresh, high quality and I’m not worried where the cow came from. My husband loves their bacon. It’s family owned, small business, they will slice fresh meat for you on the spot if need be and their usually busy, so you may need to wait when you go. It’s part of th charm.

I purchased steaks here one time and they were decent. While at Mosley's I asked if they can cut beef for jerky and they responded,yes, you can call-in your order to make it easiest so it will be ready for you. Months later I called to place an order and the male worker (obviously a Mosley Family Member because that all that works there) rudely what I wanted. I told him I wanted beef sliced for pick up later today if possible then he called me "buddy" and said it will have to be Monday because they require 24hrs for special orders. I had no problem with it but did not like how he spoke to me. Next, I asked for a meat cut recommendation and the guy went on and on basically ending with "I can't tell you want you want". He was rude, had no patience and zero customer service skills. I responded that he is making it difficult to do business with him. We ended up exchanging words. I’m so disappointed that I was spoken to in that manor. Perhaps they should leave barbaric butcher in the back and not allow them to speak to customers. I will never return and it is a bummer because I’m all about supporting local. Good Luck Mosleys! I can’t wait to tell everyone I know about your customer service!

took my deer to be processed here and after 2 weeks they called me that the deer was ready. When picked up it wasnt frozen and the meat was rotten. They wasted the meat of a 2 year old deer

Shopped here yesterday, I've always been very curious about this place so I decided to give it a shot. I have been to many butchers before, all with excellent products, so I know what I should expect. The moment you walk into this place you hare hit with an aroma of rotting meat. I was so thrown off I decided against buying any meet products but decided to go ahead and get some smokies. Big mistake. I took a bite as I was walking out and immediately spit it out. Rotten. There is not other explanation as to why something could taste so foul. I do not even want to see a response that its "because we don't use preservatives, it has a different smell and different taste, Quality meat"... No. This is terrible. I know quality meat and I know rotting meat. This is unacceptable.

We bought a package and about 90% was edible, the plan was to give for Christmas Presents but changed our minds after using up what we could of ours. Spicy Sausage inedible! Hamburger Patties Smelled but cooked well done and they tasted fine, there 2 big Ribeye and 1 was all fat and the pork chops there were only 3 not 4. I told the young lady at the counter when I ordered the package I had heard good things about them and if it was good I would be back and if not I would not be back!

Had special ordered Korean Short Ribs from Mosley's a couple of times over the past several years and was always impressed with the cuts. Call and ordered 4 lbs of Korean Short Ribs for a special event, picked them up (driving an hour each way) and brought the package home. When I opened the wrapped package to prepare, was totally disappointed! It was nothing but 4 lbs of bone and fat! In my 38 years of purchasing and preparing Korean Short Ribs, I have never seen such poor cuts sold. Will never return!

Nothing but great service and quality products. I buy my meat here quite frequently and love to get their special burgers and sausages for my cookouts (and cook-ins). Buckeye brat is the way to go!

I had heard good things about this place so we tried it. We should have walked out when we smelled it. The place reeks like rotting meat, it's disgusting. The clerk said to cook everything or freeze it within a day or two, which I now realize is probably because it's on the verge of going bad. We bought some burgers and chicken and took them home to cook them. The raw burgers smelled horrific, but looked very fresh it was the weirdest thing! they shrank into tiny hockey pucks they were mostly fat. No one in my family would eat them because the house smelled like rotten meat. So disappointing a big waste of $50. I don't understand how this place is popular we will never go back.

Love this place. I live in Westerville and will drive to Hilliard just to get my meats. Great variety. It's a real butcher shop selling quality grass fed, free range, pasture raised meats no additives (dyes to make it look pretty) or preservatives. Staff is always attentive and friendly and I love getting in on the specials. Hope to be a long time customer.

Huge selection of great quality meat at a great price! I love their new building. Think of a sausage flavor, he either has it, or can make it in a day. Their Pick # for $ packs are awesome and they can package it to suit your needs (i.e. if an option is 5 lbs of ground meat, he can pack it in 5 1lb or 2 1lb and 1 3lb, etc to suit your needs) His new freezer paper really hold up too!

Got the “hot Italian” sausage. It was NOT hot and there was no flavor whatsoever. Very disappointed. Jalapeño sausage was better but no worth the price. Unfortunately very disappointed.

100% grass fed/finished, hormone free, pasture raised, and local. First time I made the mistake of putting the meat in the fridge a couple days. Their lack of preservatives and not gassing with carbon monoxide means you need to use it or freeze it pretty quick. Next time I used it within 24 hours or tossed in the freezer, meat was great! There is an odor, but not of rotten meat. It smells like a butcher shop, not a supermarket meat case were everything is pre packaged. Prices are good, and you can get most anything, just have to ask. I bought some beef suet to rend recently. It will last me months of high temperature cooking.

Very good meat. Well priced for the quality. The family are incredibly nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. It's an open shop, there will be a slight hint of butchered meats in the air. Most places have their butchering in a separate room away from the counter(s). I will be shopping here again.

Mosley's is an incredible meat martket. Everything is fresh and the seasonings are wonderful. The variety of sausages is amazing and they will do custom batches too. I haven't been able to find better beef tenderloin anywhere. J and his wife are wonderful to deal with. It is truly a custom meat market where everything is great. The prices are very reasonable for a great quality product. We buy almost all of our meat and cheese there.

Mosley's Meat Market sold rancid goat meat to me out of their freezer. When the store was contacted regarding this, no refund nor replacement was offered. The store management became rude, insisted their bad meat wasn't bad, and offered no solution to the problem other than to lose the price of the bad meat. I will not be back and will not recommend this market to others.

I'm a repeat customer to Mosley's over the last six years. I pre-ordered my prime rib roast on Dec 15th (7-bone, 22 lb @ $15.99 p/lb) for pickup on Christmas Eve day. Upon entering the market (I was the only customer at the time) I was greeted promptly and was asked for my name by a young lady. As I waited, what appeared to be the butcher (a man with band-aide on his nose), I was BOLDLY told, and I quote, " YOU ARE PARKED IN A NO PARKING ZONE AND YOU ARE BLOCKING OTHERS", again I was the only customer in the market. I did not notice any signage indicating "No Parking". In all fairness I did, see a "No Parking" message faintly painted on the pavement upon my exiting the market to move my vehicle. I returned inside to complete my purchase only because I needed the roast for my Christmas Dinner w/ family and it may have been impossible to find a roast of that size on Christmas Eve. Otherwise I would have cancelled my $354.02 order walked out. This butcher needs to understand the value of a customer, the power of a customer, and how poor service can impact your bottom line far beyond the original sale. Bottom line, this butcher was a A** and he needs to learn how to communicate to customers. Mosley's has always had GREAT product but I must admit I will reconsider my choice when in need of fresh cut meats. 1/3/2019 - I called Mosley's and spoke to the gentleman that I spoke to on 12/24. He was very apologetic and offered a discount as a result of my experience. This is how you fix bad customer experiences. Thanks Mosley's

My wife and I stopped by for the first time and WOW. Great local butcher shop. I don't have to drive to north market and pay to park anymore! My biggest criteria: Grass fed free range beef. Yes they have it. We got 2 beautiful sirloins. Tender and tasty on the grill and not too much $. We were also enticed by the sausages. They make them in house and have many many varieties. We got 1 Italian sausage and 1 bratwurst just to try them out. We will be back both were awesome.
