Love this place. Great sausage, and the jerky is amazing. The people that work there are also very friendly and accommodating. My mom is polish, when she was growing up, her family had a smoke shed and they smoked their own kielbasa. She loves the polish style sausage, says it reminds her of the kielbasa they made back then.

Use to come here at least once a week. Never again. This past Saturday I had friends visiting who love jerky so I went out of my way to take them here. The only stand we came to visit that day. After waiting in line it was my friends turn to order and so he did. Then within 5 seconds an older man working at Czucharj yells at me very rude telling me to get off my phone. The fact is this man was trying to make a scene and had everyone within a 15ft radius stare at me. He not only yelled at me but offered a description of my “yellow rain coat” that he mocked as well. Is it not okay to check the time? Perhaps I was separated from one of my friends and was trying to find them? The latter was true and I did find my friend shortly after using my phone. As someone who has worked customer service jobs my whole life I would never treat a guest in this manner. Rude, condescending, and disrespectful service will not be tolerated.

I shop weekly at Czuchaj and have only great things to say. They have the best pork breakfast sausage by far, their fresh brats are awesome along with the jerky and smokies. The staff is friendly on and on the ball and their focus on making quality products is obvious.

Myself and my family usually buy jerky from their stand when we are at the market, never any issues. No issues until I chose to order from their online website. Completely dissatisfied with their business ethics and follow through. Clearly they can run a business better in person than they can with online orders.

I don't know what's going on with the reviews here... I wholeheartedly agree with the "best thing I ever ate" statement. This beef jerky is DELICIOUS and unlike anything else I've ever eaten.

This place makes lousy sausage! Don't be fooled with their Michael Symon review! The may have good jerky, but their sausage is over salted and lousy, and I like salt! They also freeze their sausage and thaw it for sale! Yuk!
