We have purchased 1/2 a beef from them at 3 different times. We have also purchased beef from other meat processing places. Their beef quality and taste is far superior to any other place we have purchased from here in ND. Their customer service, choice in cutting, wrapping for the freezer and labeling are also excellent. We highly recommend them.

We get a whole beef once or twice a year. They are quick, clean, efficient and careful of your order. If you want a certain item, they will find it or make sure to find where you can get. They have very good packaging as well.

Bought my first 1/4 cow... It was a fun experience. It seemed to be a little chaotic, but it was over looked by the excitement of buying the cow. Next time I'll definitely be buying over the phone.
