We shop for all our meat at Shuler's. It is always fresh and available in larger packages than you can get at a regular grocery store. This also means that we can save some money on our meat and poultry. They have chicken available by the whole or cut up with individual packages of breast, thighs, legs, and wings. They also have pork cut up into roast, chops, and ribs. Beef also available in roast, steaks, ribs, and round. They also have store sliced bacon! For groups, they have an assortment of frozen vegetables in bulk packages, as well as desserts and meat packages. They also have frozen seafood available. One great meat store!

Fresh, fresh, fresh. If you don't see what your looking for, just ask. Need a thicker steak, just ask and they will cut it for you. The only place I buy my meat. Watch for the weekly specials and stock up the freezer. Shulers is the best and I drive 20 miles one way just to shop here. Love these guys!

I have never been to a butcher shop that didn't allow you to get custom orders. I needed 15 lbs of chicken and I had to buy a 10lbs pack for 179.00 a pound and a 5 pound pack at 189.00 a pound.

Went here for the first time back in the summer since we just moved to the area. Bought some packaged sirloins. When I opened one the ENTIRE back side was NOTHING but fat, 80% of the steak was just a piece of fat but it had been packaged in a way so you couldn't see it until you got home and took the wrapping off to see the back of the meat. See pictures for a picture of a piece of the cooked steak. Since we bought on the day of the celebration we decided to go ahead and cook them. Everyone was still hungry after cutting off all of the fat and only having 3-4 bites of actual steak to eat so we ended up going out to eat.

I'm big on customer service and paying for what I want. Don't ever purchase the case of split wings based on the number of wings that the customer service representative on the phone tell you. I was told that on one call it was approximately 300 pieces of chicken in this case however when I got home and counted each piece (yes I counted every piece) it was only 214 pieces in the box. So I called the store and asked again... how many pieces of chicken come in a case of split wings? The lady that answered the phone this time paused looked up the count and said about 275 pieces. I then explained to her that I purchased a case today and I only have 214 pieces in my case. Immediately Her story changed and she said the case comes that way to the store and that is what they are told to quote customers when the inquire about the number of wings in the case. I explained to her how I felt like it wasn't fair to me to be short 65 wings and that I went on what I was told when I made my decision to buy the case and I should receive at least close to what I thought I purchased. She recommended that I come by and pick up a couple 10lb to get to at least 250 pieces but the kicker was.....SHE SAID I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THEM!!! Are You Kidding Me???? You Want Me To Pay For Something That I've Already Paid For.. That is the last 74 plus dollars that Shuler Meats will get from me! I will be sure to tell all my friends, family and co-workers about my experience. Roz High Point , NC

I have been a loyal customer for years and I live in winston Salem which is 25 minutes away. And on 3 different occasions I have purchased spoiled chicken backs and realized the problem after getting all the way home. And all they say is being it back and swap them out. What about my gas? What about my time? Its really not worth the drive that far back but I have to feed my dogs. Just not good business for a guy who has been spending his family's hard earned money there for years. Not to mention once I called to see if my order was there. The lady said yes over the phone so when I drove there all the way from winston Salem again they had sold my order. And only apologized.

Your truck driver is a jerk. He felt the need to drive in the left lane and block all vehicles behind him in traffic. He drove next to a semi and stopped when it stopped...even though no one was in front of him. The way to prevent traffic jams is to allow vehicles to merge in as the lane ends.

Truckers beware: lock your differential before entering! I'm used to big box stores taking 5-10 hours to unload. My surprise when these guys had me done in 20 minutes! As long as they're not busy you can go shopping in the store for some great deals! Very professional, very quick, very happy. Only issue is loose gravel at entrance.

It was on labor day and I forgot to grab some meat from shulers earlier that day. So I arrived at 6:02 and was told it was closed by a customer coming out. So I looked up at the store and I guess the owner or manager said come on in we were waiting for you! For him to come out and tell me he was going to let me come in after they have closed was the best customer service ever. And he told me to stay as long as you needed. The staff was super friendly and ask if I needed any help. Great prices and awesome quality!!

Nice, clean little store. Recently expanded. The prices are cheaper than the grocery store. At times I’ll find things that are similarly priced as the bigger stores but Shuler’s quality is always better. The meat is fresh. They run weekly sales so you can stock up on things you use frequently. Great customer service. It’s busy sometimes but way better than going into a huge grocery store. Better food, better prices, better service and it takes less time. You can’t beat it.

Shuler Meats is a very good place to go and buy your meats. They also have numerous other food products at highly discounted prices. All of their meats are fresh and typically come in at $1.00 per pound cheaper than your local grocery stores. There is plenty of ample parking spaces for cars, trucks and big trucks. The store is designed to allow people with special needs, accessible entry just like everyone else. The inside can be somewhat tight depending on the time of day that you visit. The store is located just inside of Thomasville, N.C. and is easily seen from old interstate 85.
