This is my favorite place to go and buy the best Pork Meat. I always enjoy my driving there, very pleasant rural driving. Once I get to the store, the best thing is that I can look at my pork meat and take my time selecting what I need, no one is pressuring you asking questions, just take your time and pick what ever you need. If you need to ask, people is very nice. Another thing is that they have people that speak Spanish. Hay gent que abla espanol y te ayuda, me alegra que emplean ispanos, y not te miran como un estrano. I love going to buy my pork at Nahunta, it is a very clean place, the pork is always Fresh, from the day.

I loved shopping here for all my pork. Staff was wonderful. Going on Saturday mornings was a real treat for us. Prices were reasonable and even my dog Roxie enjoyed her treats from there. I moved away in 2014 and cannot find anything that measures up to Nahunta Pork Center.

Everything I've had here has been amazing. I'm especially fond of their semi dried sausage. The staff and cleanliness definitely stand out. It's hospital clean in the store. I've even got my family hooked from out of state and I end up lugging pork to Pennsylvania every time I go. The smoked hams, bacon, chops, and Boston butts are great too. Like I said, I've never been unhappy.

This is THE place to purchase ALL your pork products. Last year My wife and I hosted a Family reunion pig pickin'. Quite a few relatives from Texas. We purchased a 120 dressed out pig from Nahunta's main store. A took a few Texans with me to pick it up on the day of the reunion. THEY WERE IMPRESSED!! The place was so clean it smelled as clean as a hospital. This is just one experience. The link sausage they make is fantastic. I cook it on the grill and server it like bratwurst or cook it up for breakfast in a frying pan. Ummmm Ummm. really good. The precooked ribs and BBQ are great as well. I take them for lunch many times. If ANYONE writes a bad review on this place their having a bad day or it's just in their nature. The people have always been friendly and helpful at the main location. I have yet to go to the Farmer's Market location but I can rest assured the pork products are just as fantastic.

I usually always get their bacon, sausage, pork chops and Picnic shoulders. They are the best I have ever tried!! Now my family begs for their bacon almost every day! I drive a half hour just to get their pork, plus they are affordable to top it off. Definitely worth the trip to try it.

Wow. As an out of stater and a big traveler, I can safely say I have never seen anything like it. I saw a pork shoulder roast as big as my head for under $14. We bought 14 lbs of pulled pork to take home to Ohio. Y'all know how we struggle to find Real BBQ up there.

This store is immaculate, the staff is customer service oriented, and the customer service provided far excels the big supermarkets! We have been going to Nahunta Pork Center for years. Either we make a special trip to stock up or we make it a point to stop anytime we are headed south. You can't beat the prices and the variety of products. Next time you're near Wilson, NC, stop at Nahunta and I guarantee you will become a customer. Try the spicy dried country rope sausage - a winner for sure!

For Christmas this year we decided to get our ham from Nahunta. We settled on the precooked spiral ham. It tasted like straight up boar taint. We could not eat it. Their sausage is good, so I will probably just stick with getting sausage from them (which is why I gave them two stars). We definitely won't be going back to them for ham though...

Hi I always stop in and buy some sausage when I go to the Farmers Market in Raleigh and have never really had a bad experience. I have been before and asked one of the people if they could make a Hot Italian sausage and they told me yes but would cost me more.....I didn't have them do it. Today I got there between 2:30 and 3:00 and the shelves were almost empty except on large box of Italian sausage for 26 and some change..........I asked one of the people of they could split it up and was told NO !!! I don't know if I will go back now, that was very bad customer service.

I live in Waldorf Md (originally from Fayetteville NC). I make a quarterly run home to buy my meats but never stopped in Nahunta (and to think I used to be stationed in Goldsboro). Normally my wife and I go to Kinlaws in Fayetteville. Next time we will have to stop here and see what they have. Can anyone tell me if they have uncured pork belly? I like to cure my own bacon.

Nahunta has the best pork products and good deals, today they had split butterfly chops $1.29 a lb., buy one get one for a $1 deals on smoked hammocks and a couple other really good deals. I love there fresh ground pork and sausage. This place has never disappointed me. I highly recommend.
