We no longer buy our meat at the store. When you shop at Carolina Butcher Shop, you know you are getting top quality cuts of meats, chicken and seafood at great prices. Their home made sausages are so tastey you wonder why you ever bought store bought. Their meatballs and bacon burger is another favorite of ours. I must say I made stew with the stew meat and it just melted in your mouth. The people and service there is personalized and go out of their way to help and accommodate you. We love this place and so will you.

We got a Grill Buster package and the Steaks had an inch to an inch and a half of fat on them. Also all the steak except for the one on top was brown. I called them and they said that because meat was touching meat is why it was brown and they didn't trim the fat. So we bought a lot of fat. Really??? Our first and last meat bundle.

1st time trying this butcher shop and I can honestly say there is not a place in the area that you will find the quality and quantity that this business has. I tried the no pork meat box and let me tell you this box is loaded with tbones and all cuts of meat and a bunch of chicken as well this box cost $183.00 with tax. It's also Veteran owned which is a huge plus for many of our prior military in the surrounding area. I will def. Be back and I will def. Reccomend to everyone I know!! It is rare that a business truly practices the great customer service they preach, but Carolina Butcher Shop sure does. I recently ordered a whole pig for a cookout but unfortunately, my order was lost. When I went to pick it up, there was no order and no pig! The owner stepped in and assured me that he would make it right. With my cookout being the next day, I had to start cooking at around 9 am. Not only did the owner come through with a fresh pig, he personally delivered it to my house that morning, which saved me from a catastrophe. I have, and will continue to do business with these folks. You can’t beat their products and service. I sincerely thank you.

Got there at about 12 on a Saturday to get crab cakes which they advertise and when ask for them the response from the back is loudly "sold out!". Then "we only make 30 a day". Like I'm supposed to know that. Why would you advertise them on a holiday weekend, then only make 30. The average customer buys 2-4. Then be talked to like you are stupid because they don't have anymore? And it smells awful, like meat or fish gone bad.

They also carry homemade sausages, an incredible blend of ground bacon burger, an assortment of fresh and frozen vegetables, seafood, and local spices, sauces, and jams. The staff is always friendly and often offer to carry bags to your car. This small Veteran owned store is a hidden treasure. Really great customer service! They are so knowledgable and helpful! A wonderfully locally owned small shop! The bacon burgers are a must! The crab cakes are so delicious- they go fast cause they are that good! If they don't have them on your visit make sure you check back to get them on your next trip- the gal that makes them is so sweet and such a pleasure to talk with! They have great quality meats and they can order for you anything you want that they don't have! I drive over an hour 2 times a month to get meat from them- it's well worth it! Check them out!! It is rare that a business truly practices the great customer service they preach, but Carolina Butcher Shop sure does. I recently ordered a whole pig for a cookout but unfortunately, my order was lost. When I went to pick it up, there was no order and no pig! The owner stepped in and assured me that he would make it right. With my cookout being the next day, I had to start cooking at around 9 am. Not only did the owner come through with a fresh pig, he personally delivered it to my house that morning, which saved me from a catastrophe. I have, and will continue to do business with these folks. You can’t beat their products and service. I sincerely thank you.
