Absolutely amazing and totally worth the membership. Works even better for those who coupon. Coupon station at the door as you walk in store map located near customer service and the gas prices are amazing. Imagine what you spend at Sam's Club and then ask yourself how much less it would be if you could use coupons.

Last weekend there was a sign that said 10 cents off per gallon with purchase in store. I purchased about 95 dollars and did not get my gas discount That was to be the last day for this offer. The gas clerk said said the offer expired in April. The sign said Mary 31st was the last day. I was disappointed.

The bakery made the cake , fresh, delicious, beautiful for my son's Green Beret graduation on VERY short notice. I called 2 days before, they made ordering on the phone, with someone stopping by with the picture, easy and a blessing! I understand the manager of bakery worked on cake, but even the person taking the order ALL OF THEM went above and beyond the call of duty! A very nasty bakery in Maryland was so unaccomadating and we were so glad to use BJs. Picture included!! Thanks to everyone.♥

The staff here , is very welcoming. There is one young man that always goes above and beyond . I believe his name is Orlando. I'm always buying items that are to big for me to place in the car and he is one of the people that will help. The other day I bought a bunk bed, and there were two other men that helped me out. They helped me put it the truck and left. I soon realized I was struggling to close the truck door , I was getting very flustered and my door popped off. Few minutes later Orlando came up, and told me he saw be struggling as he was helping another customer. He fixed the truck door and placed items upright so we could close the door. I really appreciate how he is eager to help and his customers services skills are so genuine. Orlando is amazing!

I originally stopped to pick up a case of water, but there wasn't any, so I decided to grab a few bagels just look around a bit. I found a travel cup on sale so I picked up one and went to the register. The cashier was not at all friendly, and then couldn't find a price for the cup and had to ask for a price check. While we were waiting I noticed on the screen that she had charged me for 9 bagels when I only had 3. When I mentioned this to her she asked me if I wanted her to take it off, well of course I did, why would I want to pay for 6 bagels I didn't get. So she removed the item all together. I explained to her I wanted them but only want to pay for 3, since I am only purchasing 3. She told me that I had to pay for 9, they only come in packs of 6 or 9. I asked her why I couldn't buy just 3 bagels, since I had bought 3 the week before without issue. She then held up my cup and bag of bagels and told me I could take it to customer service and let them deal with it, like I was inconveniencing her. By this time another young girl had come to do the price check, and it seemed that I was inconveniencing her as well. Neither person was rude to me but it was obvious by their tone and demeanor that I was annoying them. I told them to just void my order. As I went to leave the cashier next to my register had apparently overheard the whole conversation and stopped me to apologize and said she'd be glad to help me, but I told her it was such a small order it didn't seem worth the trouble and thanked her for offering. Too bad all the cashiers aren't like her.

Why don't they load prepaid debit cards like walmarts? And my husband hates that place.. He says the lady who checks receipts at the door was looking into our cart too intently like we stole something...Meanwhile the white couple with a cart full of expensive items, she looked at for 2 seconds and then they were on their way...Racist much?! Also my husband and I saw someone in the store carrying a firearm...Why do they allow shoppers to carry firearms in their store...

I had an appointment for 530pm to put 4 new tires on. I fropped off at 520pm. Well, its now 720 pm and not 1 tire on yet. Now is it the maintenance guys fault, I ask myself...why does he stop everytime someone comes to ask him to put air in their tires or to buy a battery. I asked him about how long will it take. He states about an hour. I steped out came back 1.25 hous later and barely has touched it. He has no help. He's a nice guy who can't say wait I have another customer . But can make a woman wait almost 2 hours. Next person that comes to get air, I become a New Yorker with an attitude.

This is indeed a wholesale club. It has a different selection than Samsung which also has a location in town. It's near Cross Creek Mall and fresh market store. Of note is the fact you can buy gas line here at a very inexpensive price. They have a snack bar with pizza and hotdogs.

If I could give 0 stars I would! DO NOT EVER buy tires or get your tires repaired at this establishment! I bought a set of 4 tires from bjs tire section for about $1000. Good warranty purchase, and garantee of free rotations/balancing/repair. I had hit a pothole in the road recently and blew out my front right tire. I replaced the tire with the spare donut and took the damaged tire on the rim straight to bjs on a Thursday afternoon, leaving the tire AND the rim over the weekend. They informed me that they would order the tire and have it ready to go by Monday. When I came in Monday, they had not put the newly ordered tire on my rim, then proceeded to explain to me that they had not gotten the correct paperwork from me initially on that previous Thursday. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, even though they had failed to inform me of the mishap via telephone, assuming mistakes happen, and gave them the other paperwork they had requested. The next morning I had discovered a slow leak in one of the OTHER tires. I returned to bjs to pick up my tire on TUESDAY, and to let them know about the slow leak in my other tire. At this point they had STILL failed to fix the tire I had initially brought to them. I explained to them very calmly, despite my high level of irritation at this point, that I no longer felt safe driving my car around on a donut spare tire and a tire with a slow leak, and asked if I could leave my car overnight. They said it was fine but that if anything happened to my vehicle that "bjs was not responsible for any damage." I said that's fine, I really just want you to fix my tire by tomorrow please, and order another tire to replace the one with the slow leak by Friday, if possible. He took my phone number down and told me that he would call me to let me know when it was done. The next day, WEDNESDAY, I did not receive a phone call all morning. I tried to call bjs tire department, several times, and got no response. I came in on my lunch break, for the third day in a row now, and they STILL had not replaced my tire. The manager was there this time, thank god! I asked the man whom I spoke with the previous day, if they had at least put the tire on the rim yet, and why hadnt finished the job yet, to which the gentleman became very defensive and extremely argumentative. I told the man right in front of his boss, "look I don't blame you, I know you all have been busy here, but I have been basically car-less since last Thursday and I really just want you to fix my tire." He proceeded to tell me That he had been trying to contact me, which he had not (I had 0 missed calls) and that I was supposed to pay for the tire before he could put it on the rim and onto my car, which I had been completely unaware of until this point. His boss lady finally cleared thing up and he started the process of replacing my tire. When his boss walked away he said to me " I can't believe you would do me like that" to which I said, "do you like what? I'm the one who hasn't had a drivable car for almost a week now!" He kept shaking his head and mumbling, and the. I asked him if he wanted me to wait or if I should just come back later to pick up my car, to which he replied "that's on you." I decided to leave because I had to be back at work and did not want to waste any more of my time being belittled and treated poorly as a customer. His boss called me about an hour later and informed me that my car was ready, and that the warranty I had purchased did not cover the second damaged tire that had a slow leak. Now, not only have I paid $1,000 for the initial set of tires, but I had to wait 6 DAYS for them to put one tire on one rim, was lied to and treated very poorly by the staff, and I still had to pay about $33.00 for the replacement tire. Also, they refuse to replace the other tire that I bought with under warranty.

DON’T BUY TIRES FROM HERE!!! This by far was the worst tire buying experience ever!! The warranty is outstanding!! The employee are very unprofessional and they lie!!! They say they call you when they don’t!! I waited for someone to call me when my tire would be in, because they had to be ordered. That did not happen!! They employee swore they called me and that was a total lie. I had to go back to the tire department and they had the nerve to tell me that I had to make an appointment to have the tires put on the rims!!!! GTFOH!!!
