The best butcher in town! Their humanely raised foie gras is probably the best foie gras i have ever had. Indeed their dryaged ribeyes are out of this world and dont forget their bacon :-)

Great quality meats. Good fresh mozzarella is a plus. Only three stars because they seem to be consistently out of stock. Last three times in a row I have been there, they've been out of pecorino, ribeye, or guanciale. Reliable alternatives in the area for similar quality are Salumeria Rossi for cured meats and Fairway for the rest.
