Real down to earth owner. Cuts are exactly to order. They also are service dog friendly. Purchased my share of bones from here. There's carribean cultural cuts here as well. Cow tongues, chicken feet and all. It's a serious squeeze when it's busy though. If the owner isn't there you might want to know some Español.
