This place is great, I’ve been shopping there since they first opened. The best meats at the best prices in Manhattan! When I saw them close down from there original location I panicked thinking it might not be the same but it is. This is one of the last gems left in NYC!

Absolutely filthy deli with proud and surly Argentinian who refuses to wear gloves. One slicer for both meat and cheese - today he really-wrapped a day old sub sandwich that when I got it home had yesterdays soggy wrapping and dated price sticker. The brown lettuce monstrosity was thrown into the garbage with vows of 'never again shopping at that filthy place' emanating from my hungry lips

Shopped here for about a year, I used to live very close to it. Prices are fine and there is a lot of variety. Meats are also good. They always have promotions for fruits. Staff is ok.

Best basic groceries prices in Hell's Kitchen. Cramped and messy and the staff are overworked and surly, but you pay over half the price of same items at Food Emporium up the street. Best deals in the neighborhood!!!

Not for gournet items, but prices can't be beat. Great prices on hamburgers, chicken, things like that, also, eggs, milk. Great Goya section. Decent produce. Superior fresh fish market 2 blocks north. I usually hit both on same trip.

Work in in midtown? You only have a microwave at the office? General produce for your every day needs. I usual pick up mushrooms, carrots, shredded cheese and scallions. Cook some elbow macaroni in the microwave and add all the ingredients for a inexpensive alternative to mac and cheese. Budget lunch when working in midtown.
