Great pork including a few types of sausages, braciole, and chops. This place is old time butcher that will cut anything you see and cures its own pancetta and guanciale, all first rate. They also carry veal, chicken, and some beef cuts. The prices are better than the grocery and the quality is beyond comparison but including some other pork stores in the area.

Gotta love this place. Anthony and the boys in white are great. Veal shanks for ossobuco are my favorite. Best part is: The price is low and the quality high. Nicco from Saratoga.

A great butcher, I always buy veal there and Trudy them for great calf liver. There sausages are excellent and as mentioned by others a very friendly service.
