Keeping old school tradition, taste, and family values alive. This place is a treasure and you honestly can't get better sausage, steak, or customer service anywhere else. They treat their customers like gold and will bend over backwards to satisfy any request. Could write a 200 page essay on how amazing they are but you should just find out for yourself.

So my girlfriend and I got some stuffed chicken from here. Absolutely delicious. My only complaint is that the string tie was under the breading still. Didn't kill the chicken for me but it was rather inconvenient.

The best butcher in town, hands down! Whenever I get back to my hometown, NYC, a visit to Vincent's is always in order. We bring a cooler with us and when ready to return to MA, we visit Vincent's Meat Market for the necessities of any self-respecting carnivore: Italian Sausage, both hot and sweet; Osso Buco; Veal Scaloppine; Pork Chops; Lamb Chops; Steaks; and don't forget the invaluable Prosciutto End. They cut to order and vacuum pack the meat at your request. Every town should have a butcher like Vincent's!

The prices here are pretty unbeatable. Where else are you going to find a dry-aged prime ribeye for $14 a pound? You just aren't... trust me. Most places sell them closer to $35 a pound. Awesome veal, steaks, pork chops, etc. My favorite butcher on Arthur Ave!
