Bought a 6lb prime rib roast for the 2016 holiday. It was tremendous. Well marbled, intensely flavored. Not sure what the origin or grade of the meat was, but it was truly great. Will go back.

Prime Cuts , everything is prime in the shop. Fantastic cuts , never frozen. I have been going here for fillet mignon mostly but other cuts also. Absolutely top quality meat cut as you order it. If you're going around a holiday go early / order early.
