Pat's has excellent quality! The hamburger taste like steak and the chicken they sell is so tender it's like free range. And the owners go out of their way to accommodate the customer.

I go to Pat's while their other store, Nick's mom ing to another location within Edison. You will be greeted by Nick or his sister Nicole who will serve you and answer all your questions on prime meat cuts and cooking. The star is Alex, the Italian butcher who creates his stuffed pork chops and his holiday porchetta. All three are a pleasure and are more than willing to meet your expectations. They sell nothing but prime and it is worth every penny. There is street parking as well as a lot in the back of the store.

My wife & I just discovered this place. We got a chicken sausage ring, a provolone sausage & a couple of pieces of beef. All were outstanding!!! Esp the provolone sausage ring. Best I've ever eaten. Highly recommend & im sure we'll be back often. Also, the staff is super-friendly & go above & beyond.

Friendly service and quality product. Worth every penny. it’s hard to eat anything less now. The ribeyes are amazing and the chicken is better than you will ever find in a supermarket . also check out the fresh raviolis.

I’ve been going weekly sometimes more than once since they opened. Great product great service. Best Italian sausage in the area. Absolutely loving the certified black angus brisket. Not pictured here but filet, ribeye, bacon burgers are also delicious.

Pat's All American Butcher is a great find! My family and I have been shopping here since it opened. All meats, including turkey burgers and steak , and today I bought a beautiful pork butt for shredding. Fresh cheese and breads too! A family business that treats you like family!
