Fairway is my favorite place to shop. Unfortunately there are none close to my home. So any time I get near one it is such a treat. Reasonable prices for high end products and an incredible selection. Disneyland for foodies.

Many good choices at Fairway. The aisles are narrow and when the store is crowded it is hard to navigate a shopping cart. Try to get by with just a basket. I love getting my coffee and sushi here. The coffee selection is fabulous and they will grind it for your coffee making needs.

The variety of food choices from vegetables, fish and meat are top notch. In addition, the store has organic food choices fresh or frozen. Plus, prepared foods such as chicken, salads, soups and dinners. The store sells liquor and flowers. There is a large selection of cakes, pastries and breads..The store sells cleaning supplies, etc...Fairway has stores in NJ and NY

I've gone to Fairway in Paramus reluctantly a bunch of times. It's really a horrible shopping experience but they have a lot of items. Today was my absolute last visit. I was pulled off of a very long line by an employee and moved behind 2 people at another register. That register was broken so we were moved again. That register was broken and the employee was clearly new and very slow. My son had to keep returning frozen items as they were defrosting. I exited the store a full 40 minutes after I was moved, and after my original line was empty.

Can a supermarket be gorgeous? Visit this place and the sheer volume of sumptuousness may make you answer in the affirmative, too. Lush flower arrangements and bouquets overflowing with blooms of every vibrant color greet you just inside the front doors. I used to work with a high-end florist for a couple years and I can tell you that the freshness is undeniable; the secret is in the foliage, not the blossoms, by the way. Like to drink? Welcome to rows upon rows of floor to ceiling wines, liquors and other spirits crowd another section of the store. Beautifully displayed fruit and vegetables. A hot food and salad bar for the locals taking their lunch break. A mouth-watering, in-house dessert area with so many cakes, cookies, pies and buttery pastries you will go into sugar shock. Endless varieties of cheeses (samples are allowed), all types of olives, pickles by the bucketful, and I could go on and on....if you have a foodie friend or you are one yourself, you should just go. The prices are on the splurge side, but you may not see this level of product selection that commonly.

Love love love Fairway! Please come to Maryland! They always have items hard to find in other stores so I make a point to go each time I'm in NJ. So happy to see broccoli rabe...I have to buy plenty because I can't find it anywhere in the Baltimore area:-(

Rude employees every time. Fish guy was especially rude when all I asked was to cut fish. Expired milk, employee purposely put expiration dates facing backwards. Manager once yelled at an employee who told me I qualify for free reusable bag because of my purchase quantity in front of whole store. If a store will be overpriced, at least make up for it with customer service and high quality. Woodland park is leaps and bounds better.

Great experience. Improved clean efficient layout for fruits and vegetables. A whole section of unusual fruits with a scent that pulled me over! And cheapskate that I am can't resist mentioning crisp beautiful Fuji apples for 99c lbs. And fresh Italian roast coffee for 6.99 lb. That is great value.

Employees across the board where very helpful answering several questions I had during my visit in Paramus. The entire selection of fresh meats, fish, and pastries are top notch and reasonably price. I highly recommend this store and will be back many times.

NEVER GO HERE!! Found mites in there whole bean coffee here. Management has no idea how to hold people accountable I was told I should have served my self at one of the manned stations instead of waiting 15 minutes and finding someone. Then was told to “relax I was late to work” by some random who showed up after the fish market worked came over and did it for the 5 people waiting in line behind me without washing his hands. I gave the bag of coffee to customer service bc of the unsanitary conduct.

Leaving a 1 star review because today I was denied my friends and family discount, the front managers excuse was that I don't have any friends or family that work there which isn't true. I have 2 friends that work there. I am a frequent shopper at this store and have always received the discount, idk if she was in a bad mood or something but that was very rudr and wrong of her. Don't waste your time with these ppl, your better off going to trader Joe's or whole foods.

First time I got to experience a Fairway Market and this place is awesome. They have anything and everything that you can imagine or want. Fresh produce, fish, meats, hot bar, cold bar deli and so much more. It is so clean, neat and organized. I was really impressed with this place and I cannot wait to go back. The selection was amazing, purchased so many things that they donf carry at your average Super Market. As a fan of coffee, this section was like no other. Great Job Fairway Market of Paramus.

Huge variety of items and of great quality. The bakery has lots of great breads and cakes, the butcher always has good specials and fresh. They have great fish as well. You can get lost in the cheese section pretty easily. Awesome spot to be inspired for dinner ideas.

Food is really expensive here, except for basics like tomatoes, bagels, tea tree oil and healthy toothpaste choices. They do have a nice olive oil and vinegar tasting area during day hours. Once you register your credit card they will email receipts without the need for a paper printout but good luck figuring out which cashier is open. They give you no indication, either with a sign or a light - this is quite annoying. And PS good luck of you need customer service. The desk is almost never manned. Parking is plentiful.

Drove over an hour thinking it would be the same as the one in Red hook Brooklyn which is farther from where we now live in NJ so we were excited but totally let down when we arrived.. store looks dirty, and associates that I spoke with were pretty rude except the girl in the bakery and the cashier. My children and I were excited to get here because we love trying the oils and vinegars with the cut Baggett breads but again were disappointed.. they had no oils or vinegars nor bread to try all the holders for the dishes that they serve them in were wet with leftover drippings to the point that if you leaned on the counter space to reach for a bottle your clothes were wet with the old oil or vinegars. I asked a MANAGER if they were usually like this and if they were going to put any samples out and she said no that person didn't come to work today that does this section.. really?? They employ only one person for this entire section? We were not the only customers looking to try items so we could buy. Ultimately we didn't buy any of their oils and vinegars as others either. Walking through the entire store was like walking through an old store that didn't feel like any other fairway I've ever been too. Needless to say we will never be back. It was a total disappointment especially the time it took us to drive there... Don't waste your time here.

Great fresh roasted coffee at excellent prices. Love the hot food bar, olive selection, speciality cheeses and selection of olive oil. Not my daily grocery because I'm traveling 25 miles to come here but my favorite speciality grocery.

Customer service is absolutely horrible. Went to the customer service window to ask for help in paramus nj location and the manager of the store didn't even attempt to pretend to try helping or even paying attention to what I'm asking.

Fairway Paramus is the supermarket to go to for whatever special items you need - they have their own coffee roaster to freshly roast dozens of coffees, a huge cheese, deli, butcher section, an entire row of olive oil and vinegar with samples for tasting, a bakery with artisan bread, a huge olive bar, a big corner for bulk foods, a kosher section, organic versions of most foods, a wine section, even sushi. Fresh produce is presented beautifully with plenty of organic items. In short, you can find just about anything that might be on your shopping list and it will rival any other store for quality at a fair price.
