John is one of the most knowledgeable and thoughtful butchers I know, and his Meats are nothing short of spectacular; each more delicious than the next. The sandwiches are like an alternative universe in which Quiznos was a Michelain starred micro chain, and I even bought some of his homemade soap. Do yourself a favor and stop by.

Stumbled across this place while I was here and looking for something to eat. The staff is very helpful they really knew what they were talking about. After a while talking I ended up getting the beefneck sandwich. Overall it was a good sandwich, pretty flavorful. Interesting location, would love to try some other things on the menu.

One of the better lunch choices at Industry City, but consistency is not their strong suit, although over-salting is. The burger is great, sometimes. Other sandwiches don't have enough acid or enough balance to make them delicious. However, ingredients are good and I hope they will improve. Their soups can be delicious but also suffer from over-salting.

Wow, this place is every bit as good as I expected (better than expected, really). The meats are unbelievable and the complexity of flavors is beautiful. Truly a craft joint. I also love that the owner took his time to show me some of his craft and really educate me on what he sells. Honestly, this was one of my highlights that made my trip to NYC awesome.

Great cured and aged meats. Delicious sandwiches. Look for specials, the Reuben was the best ever. Good pulled pork Sandy and nice crispy chicken cutlet sandwich. Get some coppa while you wait for your sandwich.

Dangggg, sooo gooood, both food AND service. I feel like I was at a restaurant like 2-3x it’s price. I wandered into this place after looking on Yelp for a good place to eat after a Costco trip. I usually avoid sandwiches and salads as meals but that’s all they had on the menu. When I asked them if they could do a meat with vegetable dish, they said sure and asked me what I wanted. They fired up this amazing steak for me on a bed of cauliflower. Soooo good... I feel really at home here with the hospitality of Omar and Ryan.

My favorite eatery in Industry City. Super helpful and friendly staff and excellent meat sandwiches. This a true nose to tail butcher with fantastic choices and a knowledgeable staff. Bonus - they also have dog treats. I'm currently signed up for the meat club and I love it. It's a CSA for meat. So every other week I get a box of different cuts of meat, sometimes stock and other fun things. The chicken here is the best chicken I have ever cooked. If you want to be adventurous with meat cuts you have to try the meat club. Also, they send recipes with the list of meat in the box.

Dry aged burger Fridays are to die for. Bacon and cheese sends you to heaven. Probably the best burger i’ve ever had and i’ve eaten a ton of burgers. Definitely beats Luger’s

Fantastic whole animal butcher shop with great sandwiches. I had the Pork Pate and bacon sandwich. It came with Mortadella, cilantro and mayonnaise. It was toasted and the flavors were perfect.

Customer service is so nice here. The woman working guided us through different types of salumi and helped us find what we liked. The quality is so good! We just wish they were open on the weekends!

Beef Tendon Sandwich was fantastic (as advertised)! Definitely a little greasy, but so good. Tip: Not on the menu, but if you are interested in trying the charcuterie, they will make you a “sampler platter” for ~$10. Highly recommend!

I tried the Beefneck and the Hogfather sandwiches. The undersides of the top buns were a bit burnt, but both were excellent overall. Looking forward to trying some of their other sandwich options the next time I'm here.
