First time visiting The Flying Butcher today. We purchased $70 worth of meats, chicken and steak. Everything was really good. Seasoned well and melt in your mouth. Staff was friendly and recommended some of their favorites. Very personable too, you don’t find many people like that anymore. Highly recommend trying the steakhouse tips and chicken

I saw this place on the Phantom Gourmet and just had to stop by and try it. Just like they showed on TV, someone opened the door for us. This place had a very impressive meat selection. I tried their sweet and sticky tips which were absolutely delicious. The quality was excellent. We also brought home a couple of their sandwiches.....the Reuben which was just insanely good, one of the best I've had. We also tried the smoked turkey with pesto mayo and gouda....which was very good. I thought the prices were a little high on the meat, but that can be expected for a better product. The quality of the tips was worth the price. Great job folks, and I'd also like to add, the place is spotless...and everyone there was friendly. We will be back.

Great group. From the butchery to sandwiches and snacks ... you'll never hear 'I'm not sure' which goes to training and knowledge sharing. Their craft beer selection is shockingly diverse too. Love this place and enjoy all the visits.

The best thing about this place is the customer service. Any time you go in you will be helped with a smile. Great cuts of meat, though I was not a fan of the marinated steakhouse chicken. Otherwise, have all kinds of great things like jams and spices as well as wines that are awesome to try with your purchase. Love this place and will be back.

Stopped in for lunch. Usually I buy a little tuna, a little cole slaw, and chow down on their samples (Blue Cheese & Pepper Burger today - YUM!) Today they talked me into a pork & plantain stuffed green pepper. WOW!

Who knew a butcher store would have get fish? Or the best twice baked potatoes? Of course they have great meat, chicken and cold cuts. And then they have desserts from the Modern and Triolos. But what I like best is the service. You will not find better more helpful, more friendly service anywhere.

Thanks to the Flying Butcher and grilling chef Dan for participating in our Big Green Egg grilling event. The grilled marinated chicken and steak tips where the best you will find anywhere. And there own brand of spices and rubs are awesome with a have a distinct and clean natural flavor to them. I now have a new favorite brand of spices and rubs. If you have never visited to the Flying Butcher I highly recommend you stop in and experience a real Gourmet Butcher Shop!
