Amazing meats, and the butcher was very helpful in telling me how to grill my steaks. I am still trying to figure out why the steaks from here were so dam good. If you want great meats for your grill go here and experience the difference of talking to a real butcher and getting a value worth the extra money.

Great place to purchase meats. Filets are as good as you will ever find. Tom, the head butcher, is a big help when it comes to selection and cooking hints. If you like oysters on the half shell, their oysters are quite good. Overall gets an A+ from me!

Love this place! We have discovered the joys of purchasing a half cow and a half pig now through them and it's been an awesome experience for us. Tom is so helpful and informative when it comes to suggestions for ways to prepare certain cuts that we are a little less familiar with and it's been incredible. As I said in the beginning, we just love this place!

Went there with a gift certificate. First time there. The gentlemen was very helpful helping us figure out a great choice for a special meal. We ended up with some very large scallops and steak fillets. The butcher also threw in some of his own rub for us to try. My bf will be grilling up an awesome meal tonight for us today for sure. Great service and great meat.
