They were the only grocery store open on Thanksgiving. We had a turkey emergency, but Elia's came through with a beautiful, fresh bird that saved our family's holiday

Elias's has the best marinated steak and chicken around. They have so many homemade items from chicken pot pie to salsa's and dips. The variety of food items that they have is amazing , they literally have something for everyone. Never mind that they sell every day needs such as milk , toilet paper , chips. They carry a little bit of everything!! I've been a devoted customer since 2002 however my family has been going there since the 1960's Elias is a true Wilmington staple. If your not from the area and want some amazing steaks, chicken or out of this world hamburgers and I'm not talking about just a run of the mill patty these hamburgers are stuffed with cheeses, mushrooms and so much more you should definitely take a ride and come and see what this family owned and run country store had to offer. The staff is amazing the owner is almost always in the store and his sister is always there she's the cook and her food is amazing we go there at least 2 times a week if not more. They also have a nice selection of wine , beer and alcohol. In the past they didn't sell a particular wine I liked and they went out of their way to find a store that had some and even offered to order some so they would have it but I declined their offer because I might drink once or twice a year. So they are very helpful and just the nicest people ever. Thank you Elias country store owners and staff for always going above and beyond !!

This place is a small county store. They have a little bit of everything and their deli is top notch. The premade food is all really good. They sell an antipasto salad that will blow your wig back. The cranberry walnut chicken salad is unbelievable. I normally don't care for cranberries either.

Is an average mom and pap grocery store, the selection is limited, but the y have fresh stuff. And the people are nice and very helpful, I would recommend this place to anyone that doesn't want to deal with the crowds of big supermarkets. And who knows maybe you will like it too.
