Normally we’re ribeye fans but we got sirloins because the cost of feeding a large amount of people. The guy said they’re Angus and we’re good.. we’ll , they’re one of the worst sirloins we’ve had. Cooked them perfect , nice medium. They were tough as hell. All of them. If I was at a restaurant I would have sent it back. I’ve had better too sirloins at King Kong’s ! I won’t be back.

Always get fantastic meat. My favorite are their flat irons. The peppered bacon is another favorite. Prices are good and the staff is very helpful.

The store was clean, but didn't have much of a selection. I assumed it was an old fashioned full service butcher shop type place. I did not have that experience. I was looking to get some top round sliced to make jerky out of. I was told they sell it frozen in 5lb bags, and wouldn't have any until the end of the week. That was it. No offer to cut some up, no come back tomorrow. Nothing. It was a Monday by the way.... I don't think I'll be back.
