The crew at Stahl's Quality Meat Processing have done an outstanding job every year for me and all my friends and family. They do charge by the pound (not a flat fee like most places) and charge a hide removal fee. I really enjoy the quality of work they do and will be taking all my animals here if I shoot them in this area. I HIGHLY recommend them. FYI you have to drive into the colony and head straight back to the meat lockers. Just find the nearest person, tell them you have an animal for processing and they will guide you on where to go. Benny at the colony does outstanding taxidermy work for your trophy. He does get VERY busy so don't expect a quick turnaround.
