I STAND CORRECTED!!!
I'm changing my review completely!
I wrote the review below after having a brusk interaction on the telephone at what I know on reflection would have been a busy time for the folks at DEE MOS. Since that time I had occasion to be in Ennis with a friend who wanted to stop and get some jerky. I told him about my telephone experience and he asked if "I" had ever had a bad day? The answer was of course "yes" and then my friend asked if I'd ever snapped at someone on one of my bad days? The answer was again an obvious yes. He then asked if I wanted to pout over a gruff phone conversation or have some of the best Jerky I'd ever had? "Touche!" (I love jerky!)
We stopped and I did indeed have some of if not "THE" best beef jerky I've ever eaten. I have since been back several times and not only am I addicted to the jerky and other products they sell but the service has always been great and the folks real helpful and friendly.
I figured I should edit instead of erase the original post in case anyone had read it. If you have, "Ignore it with my apology to the folks at Dee Mos". I've not only eaten the best jerky I've ever had at Dee Mos now but a large helping of crow to boot!

I'm not sure how their product is because when I called them on the phone to get an estimate on making jerky for me the rude, bad attitude I was dealt with told me all I needed to know!
When this place was Restvedt's I loved it but it sure isn't Restvedt's any more!
When you can't even get a place of business to hazard a "guess" as to what a job would cost and instead they get mad and insulting that tells me all I need to know! I can only imagine dealing with that individual if you had a problem.
For the record, this is the first negative review I've ever written about any place I have tried to do business with, usually I just vote with my feet instead of complaining and only write reviews if I have something good to say. In this case however I will not only vote with my feet but I figured folks needed warned!
To whomever fielded my phone call, might I suggest an "Anger Management" course.
