The real deal. If you are looking for a real, full service butcher shop, this is it. They offer hot lunch from 11 to 1, deli sandwiches and snack packs all day. They also have a little sweet shop in the corner. The guys behind the counter were very knowledgeable and friendly.

Went by during loblolly today. First off, super nice, friendly and knowledgeable folks. Second, the beef jerky is amazing. Ate almost all of a $10 bag in ten minutes. By far the best I've ever had. Third... The steaks are to die for. Cooked a ribeye and a "base ball" cut that were amazing. Their ribs, bacon, and briskets looks great as well. Will be back.

Once a month The Knight Butcher has grilled ribeye sandwich lunches, complete with chips and a can drink. I don't know what Chad puts on his steaks but they taste FANTASTIC! We can hardly wait for next month! =)
