Typical Sysco, unload regular, then WAIT for your paperwork. Lumpers are in NO hurry!!!! I paid the lady inside and still waited over an hour for my paperwork!!!

Food warehouse.... but a good one Capstone does the lumping. In all seriousness, this is one of the best - and low key - SYSCOs in Dixie. They'll work you in early if they can, parking on the street as well as along the fence that borders 220. Your GPS might take you on a tour to get here. I-220, Industrial Road exit. Go east off the ramp, right at the light, right on Milwaukee. Park on the side and walk up to the shack.

Absolutely slow motion unloading here..... I had 5 pallets, got the green light an hour ago. StAMP MY PAPERWORK already you turtles FAAAAAK. You people ruin the industry ffs

Overnight parking on the street, also have to walk up from there to guard shack. Friendly people, lumper is capstone so they do ok lol. Receiving lady is a 12*

Pros: friendly staff, pretty easy docking, street parking, clean restroom Cons: very long wait time, high lumper fee You can get here as early as youd like since you park on the street before checking in. I don't think they actually start calling anyone in tell 06:00 though so be aware. They will either call you directly to a door or maybe into a sort of staging area while you wait. Dock, go to receiving, wait for a call for lumper fee. Now here's the kicker, you'll be paid up and unloaded and still wait a good hour or more before you get paperwork. All told I got here at 05:00 appt at 09:00 was in a door in a few hours then waited 3 hours for a call for lumper payment. Then another 2 hours as they finished unloading and sorting paperwork out. So you could end up burning most of your hours at this place.

MUST park on street and walk to guard shack at end of Street, no exceptions. In dock 15 min before 630 appointment. 18 pallets unloaded and out the gate by 0800.

Showed up at 0800 for 0800 appointment. Its almost 1300 and theyre still working on the same 19 pallets. Do not show up with your clock running and a mixed load!!!

Yep! This place is awful. In a door at 6am...it is now 2pm and still have a red light. This place is a joke! $265 lumper fee IF there is no restacks. Avoid it like the plague!!!

Will never haul a load for sysco again. Took 5 hrs to get into a dock door and now been at dock for an hour nobody been in the truck yet! Was here 1 hr before appt time! What a waste of an entire clock!

Overnight truck parking at Milwaukee street, as long as you are not blocking a driveway. 8 -10 trucks could park.

I had a 6:30 am appointment. Unloaded. 2044 cases 3 pages of breakdown items and was out the gate at 9:20 People are freandly and easy to get along with.

Got here at 9am for a 10am appointment. Almost noon and haven't even gotten a dock assignment. Gonna be a long day. They will charge you a fee if you are late, but if you are on time, they don't care how long they make you wait to unload....

Doesnt matter what time is ur appt they just go the way the want keep on saying not have a door for u bullshit. Only good thing is they have parking Spots on the street at entrance !! Keep u waiting for hrs and hrs unload !

Awful place to deliver too it takes five hours to get unloaded and another hour just to get your paper work. I only delivered five pallets and it took forever. I never want to come back here and the staff is ghetto as hell.

The sister in the receiving office is very rude and unprofessional, finished unloading within two hours and still waiting on paperwork. ..can see why nobody likes delivering to any of the Sysco Foods facilities. ..seriously need to a better lumper service
