Check in is simple but you will need an empty scale ticket before proceeding to shipping office. Bathroom here is nasty tho

There are two sanderson's Farms Processing Plant here in Laurel Mississippi both are staffed with very nice and polite people and easy to get along with this particular location that is located south of Laurel on Highway 11 is much faster in production loading than the other location. There is a small truck stop not too far from here approximately 2 miles and if you're here for a little while getting loaded they do not have a problem with you dropping your trailer in the door and you can bobtail over to the truck stop it also has a Huddle House and great food.

Took over 9hrs to get my truck loaded on 3 different occasions 1 of those times it took 17hrs past appoinent time, then to just have their loads REJECTED because they loaded the wrong product, this company has an ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE shipping department. If i could give less than 1 star i would. DO NOT use them for their product or services and it is guaranteed you will find better service, quality, and timeliness practically anywhere else. Hands down the WORST company i have come across yet in 20+ years of truck driving.

No Restrooms at shipping site. Restooms by SCALE house down the road. Picking up process was pretty smooth from start to finish. SCALE ON SITE and in good working condition (axle by axle weights) it has OVERNIGHT PARKING on street just outside of the shipping building

0 stars actually i arrived on time only to learn my product was not ready then it was not the right temperature then after two hours they find my paperwork and finally after more than 5 hours i got loaded but then i already ran out of hours on my 14 hr clock and is still have to be in mi day after tomorrow at 1000 “thank you guys thank you very much”

I was informed of what to do upon arrival. From the security guard to shipping office all were on point and professional. Appointment time was respected. Parking on the street was ok for a reset.
