The prices are high (not outrageous), but they do have good sales on Fridays. The night cashiers are high school kids, so they are not very good with customer service, but the check out lines are never long, and I get what I need (always a plus).

Their deli sells comfort-style to-go box lunches crammed full of southern style cooking from around 11am to 5pm. Usually they have things like catfish, mac and cheese, cornbread, turnip greens, chicken strips, and mashed potatoes in their lineup but it changes daily. For example, on Sundays they serve dressing. From 11 to 3 a box full is around 5-6 dollars but after 3pm they discount it to $3.99. The food is definitely worth the price and the location is convenient if you're around Florence as there aren't many other choices, especially for home cooking.

Very clean. Friendly staff. My children tried the crane machine and won a you but it got stuck in the claw. A very kind bag boy helped us shake it lose. On another visit a cashier gave my children each $.50 to play the crane game. Very kind people. Good smelling food. And the 5 for $19.99 is an amazing deal.

My husband drops four dollars at cash register , man behind him picks it up lady behind him and cashier , said he took it and didn’t do anything to help get the money returned to who it belonged to . That’s just pitiful that they would not step on and help . This store just keeps going down n down . Whoever he was I hope he feels happy with hisself . Must been bad off even though he had his own money .

I love Ramey's in Florence, MS. It's my hometown store with that hometown feel. The deli food pulled pork sandwiches, a slab of ribs, fried chicken, breaksfast all delicious. You can get it to go or eat it at a table there. Mrs. Rita Kay is a long time fixture as well as others who can point you in the right direction for anything you need. Great store. Great people. This is a GREAT little store, has great service. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Love their meats department, would rather pay a little more and get better meats, than any other place. The girls working the deli are sweet, very helpful, great service there too. Produce department is good. Overall, this is a really good place, I am very pleased shopping here. Sure, some of their prices are high but I would definitely recommend it.

Overall, Ramey's Supermarket is an average local grocery. They have a limited variety of foods but they are always in stock. I would have given the place 5 stars if it wasn't for it's lack of friendliness or if the employers could help you find things.
