I carried in my daughters first deer ,4 quarters and 2 backstraps. It was a young doe and I specified that I wanted as much tenderized steak as possible from the HQ and backstraps. They processed it quickly and called. When I went to pick it up I had 2lbs of steak , 14lbs of sausage, and a 90$ bill. When I asked the employees if that was right they said yep. I tried explaining that from the deer I brought in those weights don't add up with the pork they added to sausage. I got a shrug and a "you have to talk to the owner when he gets back." I went back 2 hours later and still no owner. The sausage was good and I'm told you are guaranteed to get your meat back. That's important to me because I have worked for two processors and know how some people treat their game. The bad handling of my order, the cost, and the customer service will keep me from going back.

We have used these guys for years as our hunting club is nearby. Jon and his team do an excellent job with all of their products. If you don't care for your current game processor or just want to try something different, then definitely give Blaylock's a try, you won't be disappointed. Though they are not cheap, have some "snack-sticks" made. My favorite is the pepperjack cheese. These are ready right out of the pack and taste amazing!

Only place I'll take a deer. You get your meat back, we spend a lot of time preparing our venison and I want the meat I prepared not someone else road kill.

These guys do amazing work with all the deer I’ve brought and fast too. I like that the package the sausage in smaller bags so I don’t have to break em down before I freezem. Will countinue to come use these guys
