I am just consistently unimpressed by this butcher. L&M is certainly geared towards game processing and sausages. If you're looking for a general butcher that can custom grind, process, or recommend everyday meats I would look elsewhere. Their processed chicken and beef lacks consistency in sizing and flavor. Their sausages are average. I came to L&M expecting a typical butcher or a setup similar to John and Wayne in Fargo. They've failed to meet expectations on both accounts. They are much more similar to a game processing or a sausage specialty shop.

Awesome meats and great customer service! I have gone there before and definately will again. They also ha e allowed the girl scouts and the boy scouts peddle their wares in their entrance. That is very nice of them. The place is easy to find and easy to get to. They have plenty of parking spaces in their lot.

We have been going to Laddies since he was over by the railroad tracks. Dad used to rent a meat locker from him and buy a side of beef or pork. Dad also enjoyed all of the meats there. Everytime I go home I have to make a stop here. Last time I was there they had changed the short bologna. It just wasn't the same. But the polish sausage,homemade weiners and ring bologna were still great. Still a Great place. Friendly and Great service!
